The Whole Yoga Center is interested in working alongside anyone who is doing or is willing to do. If even one person is oppressed in our community, we are all oppressed. When one person suffers, we all suffer.
I believe it's time to integrate this understanding at a deep level - we are all connected. I believe in collective care for one another in spirit and body - equity for all bodies of color and the full spectrum of gender identities. Yoga can be used as a tool for healing the trauma that systemic oppression causes.

Absolutely incredible. I've been coming here since before the pandemic, and the space has only gotten lovelier.
Satya leads some of the most nourishing and accessible yoga classes I've found in Denver and surrounding. Her classes are safe for people with limited mobility, and also challenging for those who have an advanced practice. Satya has created a truly healing experience through atmosphere, intention, and experience.
Today was my first day back in her live classes since this lovely two year transition we have all endured, and goodness, did my heart and soul need this!

I've been doing yoga for 45 years, with numerous teachers. The teachers at Whole Yoga are the BEST! Ahimsa (Compassion) Yoga is based on moving in ways that benefit YOUR body, not some abstract perfect body in a training manual. And integrating breath, mind, spirit, heart into your practice distinguishes yoga from exercise regimens. Yoga can be life-changing - Whole Yoga is a great place to find out!

Wow! This yoga studio is truly a gem in the City Park Neighborhood. I attended a few classes when Ash Bourke was finishing up her certifications and I loved the vibe of this studio. It's homey, cozy, and comfortable. This isn't the type of place where you need to wear Lululemon just to fit in, the people make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. Also, their classes are offered literally all the time. You can hit up a morning class, afternoon or evening class. I really love this space and am highly considering getting a membership.

Whole Yoga is a treasure of a yoga studio conveniently located near City Park. I recently moved downtown and found Whole Yoga. After a few classes, Whole Yoga revealed itself to be more than a yoga studio but a school of thought. Attentive guidance is given by well-trained instructors and moreover, they inform with mythology, Sanskrit translation and history. Mind body connections. No moment is wasted. I have tried other studios, franchise in particular, and there is no comparison. Whole Yoga has been a revelatory discovery.

This is a true yoga studio where you'll get a work out, and you'll learn meditation techniques, and learn the practice of Ahimsa - self-care. I've been coming for years, and I've loved watching Satya grow and change. She's always learning and sharing. You'll find a class for all of your needs. Best of all the studio is affordable - one of the few left in Denver.

I went to Whole Yoga while traveling through Colorado. I regularly do yoga in my hometown. I looked up studios close to my airbnb. I signed up for my class online the night before since I had no idea how busy the studio was.
It is a small studio but we had plenty of space between mats. The instructor was wonderful. She gave clear instructions. I have been to many classes in other places where you are not quite sure what the instructor is asking for. I talked to a few students. Everyone I met was warm and welcoming.
It was a wonderful experience that helped enhance my vacation. Next time I come

This was the first yoga studio I checked out when moving to Denver. I went for the meditation class. I really enjoyed the dharma talk at the beginning and the last half (30 minutes?) was spent in silent meditation. I went home very relaxed. There were only about 8 people at meditation but the vibe was very positive. Several people "welcomed" me when I mentioned I had just moved to Denver.

Whole Yoga is a really great studio! All of the instructors here really go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and they help you with your practice no matter your ability. They also offer classes during all times of the day, so whether you like to practice early in the morning or later in the evening, Whole Yoga has a class for you. Mark's classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings are my favorites! Try it out!

This lovely studio is unpretentious and welcoming, with the most knowledgeable teachers I've yet to come across. Whole Yoga instructors gracefully create classes that teach the principles of Yoga, using the practice of asana while actively incorporating the other tenants of Yoga. Their seamless classes facilitate self-awareness through breath and movement while emphasizing kindness and compassion with ourselves and others. I cannot recommend this studio enough to brand new and practiced Yogis alike. I love Whole Yoga.

I highly recommend the classes, programs, and workshops at Whole Yoga! I participated in the Yoga Immersion Program last summer with Susan and Oscar as my teachers. The experience made a lasting impression on not only my practice, but my perspective on life. I also appreciate that Whole Yoga offers opportunities for chanting and meditation in addition to asana.

I like the local boutique yoga studios....but what a refreshing alternative Whole Yoga is! It's low key, people know one another, it's not at all pretentious. And great instruction. Best of all, the teachers let me bring my newborn! I only did it a few times, but I will never forget practicing at Whole Yoga with my newborn lying there next to my mat. And the other students were so open to it. Thank you.

On their website, Whole Yoga differentiates themselves with 3 principles: community centered, focused on meditation, and value. After just two classes, I've already experienced the difference!
Whole Yoga invites you to come as you are. As someone who has recently started practicing yoga again (and as someone who had very sporadic participation before that), I can sometimes feel a bit intimidated stepping into a new class/classroom, but not at Whole Yoga. There is no judgment, no competition, no sizing one another up, no feeling like a fuddy duddy because you're not in spandex. You

You'll find a nice variety of classes here, from restorative yoga, to vinyasa flow yoga. They've also added meditation classes, and it's also a part of every class. In order to maintain a community-based studio, the prices are affordable. I can't thank them enough for this!
Satya is a down-to-earth teacher who really cares about teaching the postures correctly and about creating a fun and meditative environment. We, as students, benefit from her because her husband is a physical therapist. I can only imagine the discussions around their dining room table...I wonder if

I love Whole Yoga! I've only gone to the $5 lunch classes, they've always been great. It's a very 'yoga' atmosphere, not gym-like at all. The classes are fairly gentle - you may start sweating, just because that's what happens when you're moving through yoga poses - but the teachers I've had really keep the focusing on the breathing and alignment and safety. The classes are well-attended, but I've never felt uncomfortably crowded there. The scented eye pillows are heavenly!
Whole yoga will stay my favorite for an affordable and tranquil lunchtime awesomeness

I went to Whole Yoga for the first time today (and I lived right next door for 14 months!) and wish I had gone sooner. The noon class was a great workout to keep me going through the day. The instructor, Satya, who I believe is also the owner, is very welcoming and friendly. I didn't bring cash or my checkbook, and they don't take credit cards, and she was really nice about it.
A great class to focus on the fundamentals, although if you're looking for an intense workout, you'll want to go somewhere else.

This is a very welcoming yoga studio. Less trendy, more granola but the Friday evening Rejuvenating Yoga is heavenly. They have all the gear you need and the teacher (Lori I think was who I had) is so helpful and calming to listen to. She took care to go around to us and re-position correctly, which I desperately need as a newcomer. They have a small parking lot which is helpful and the drop-ins are $5 a class for the one hour ones. Very cool. If they could just febreze the studio or light some incense to get rid of the musty basement smell it would be much better!

I am in the Teacher Training program at Whole Yoga and it has been a great experience so far. The training is going on until March, but I have learned so much already. Thanks to being in the training I get to go to classes there whenever I want. I have been to Jason's, Satya's, Carol's, Sarah's and Elizabeth's class and they have all been great. I really like feeling challenged and Jason's and Satya's classes really do that for me.
I like Whole Yoga because it is not a competitive setting at all. It really is all about yoga and that allows you to be yourself
