I came for the first time as a drop in and it's definitely won't be my last! Upon arrival, Kim was warm and welcoming. Her class provided a nice challenge for all levels with a relaxed pace. The room was full of great natural light. There was nothing, but good vibes so I definitely recommend experiencing class with Kim here!

The instructor was amazing. As someone with flexibility limitations in one knee, the instructor went above and beyond to offer modifications so that I still felt like an active participant and not just an onlooker during certain stances. Would definitely recommend as well as attend again. Bri was my instructor by the way

Been here a handful of times and can't say enough Great things! I am by no means a yogi ...I can't really do a downward dog , BUT I do like to relax and unwind...the Friday "happy hour" class is heavenly. They are super friendly and helpful . No intimidation here. Water, tea and chocolates are nice touch! Bathroom is clean and facility is very homey! A beautiful tucked away studio in the middle of the city!

I'm a casual bodybuilder who uses yoga to help heal/grow muscle on rest days. Took 2 different, easy classes here and they were both excellent. More challenging poses that require more flexibility and discipline, are also offered. I love the fact this studio goes out of its way to save natural resources (one of the only eco certified yoga places in Atlanta), but the real reason its my favorite, is free chocolate candies on top of the storage cubbies.

This is one of the best studios I have ever practiced at. The instructors are professional, encouraging and very friendly and laid back at the same time. I have visited several studios I never felt as welcomed as I have here. I recently moved away from Atlanta and this is one of the places I miss the most!

I've been hooked ever since my friend brought me to their Friday night restorative class. I credit Active Sol with helping me rekindle my love of yoga. All of the instructors are fabulous, but I particularly love Katie and Yochai's classes. The atmosphere is very nonjudgmental and there is a great variety in classes. The best part is enjoying a piece of chocolate after class! Plus parking is never an issue.

If you go on a Friday night make sure to allow some extra time to get past all the traffic going into Eleven on the corner. I was little thrown off by the location, but the inside was nice and I enjoyed the class.
