Wish I saw all the horrible reviews before I ordered. The order was not delivered when promised, rendering them useless. I ordered a large arrangement, no way is this large. Flowers didn’t even look good & within a day are wilted and dead. You’re better off at probably literally any other flower shop. Their customer service is also either rude or nonexistent. I called so many times in a row without an answer when I was looking for my delivery (and at 1pm). No email response to either of my emails asking them to clarify or rectify the situation. They obviously do not care about their customers

I was just a week ago looking for a great affordable florist in my neighborhood. Fortunately, I found what I needed to offer you. When your staff made an amazing bouquet, I was so happy. Because everything was fresh, I love their flowers. You guys have to be on the top list! Everyone is strongly advised!

Completely agree with what everyone else is saying that gave 1 star reviews... worst experience with a florist ever. failed to deliver what I ordered (at all) even though I called to verify the time numerous times and then tried to force a delivery upon me 2 days later when it didn't matter (everyone is also rude, has an attitude, doesn't listen to a single word the customer is saying, while also stating they can't do refunds even when you get nothing from them - thank God for Amex disputes)... do yourself a favor and take your money literally anywhere else (there were other issues that everyone

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Quite possibly the worst florist experience I've ever had. Ordered a delivery for family as a housewarming present. I understand substitutions have to be made occasionally, but the ENTIRE arrangement was completely substituted. The arrangement we ordered compared to what we got weren't even in the same league let alone the same style/theme. You're better off going to Trader Joe's and spending $20 on some flowers than ordering here and getting charged $100+. This place is the WORST! The customer service is horrible and the woman who works there is so unprofessional and rude. Can’t even begin to describe what a nightmare it is dealing with them for such a simple delivery. Complete waste of time and money. There are so many wonderful florists in the area who get it right, especially when it comes to customer service. Highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

They delivered on the correct day but that’s about the only nice thing I can say. The arrangement looked NOTHING like the arrangement I selected. The only common flower in what was on the website and what I chose were a few red roses. The arrangement they sent was hideous. They claimed that with Covid there’s a shortage of flowers which I understand, but it wasn’t the same shape nor did it have similar colors or similar number of flowers from what was pictured on their website. I’m just now seeing similar horrible reviews. Wish I had thought to find them before I ordered. Very disappointed

I needed Anniversary flowers delivered last minute, so I preferred to call rather than order online. John answered the phone and was willing to quickly rush an order for me, despite a storm coming in- they were working in full speed to deliver all their orders before roads get shut off. John started putting my order together as we were talking on the phone, and sent me contact information via email.
