Horrible! Do not order anything from here. Terrible customer service. The woman who answers the phone is extremely rude, in general they don't like answering any questions or concerns, you are told to email and hung up on . I've lived in the area for so many years, and never ever have I've come across such bad customer service for quite an expensive flower shop. Also, they have a terrible selection and wouldn't say they do a good job on the arrangement of bouquets. Don't waste your money or time!

Called phone number on website. Person who picked up the phone could not have been more rude in answering and hung up on me before I had the chance to even mention why I was calling. Called back and was sent to voicemail. I know New Yorkers like to think they don't have time for niceties but this was hilariously bad.

Terrible service! Please do not order from this company for any type of special or sensitive occasion. I order flowers plus wine for a friend who recently lost her husband - my card/note and the personal info of my friend (provided for delivery) was sent to a different person, who called my friend in confusion.
The correct package for my friend was damaged in-transit and sent back to the company. They are refusing to refund me and haven't even been gracious enough to acknowledge their mistake. They are trying to resend even though no one will be there to receive the package.

BlOOM is hands down my favorite florist in New York City. My husband has ordered me many special occasion arrangements and it's hard not to grab a bouquet when walking by the store. The price is very reasonable for the... not only top quality flowers.. but the life you get out of them as well. These flowers are beautifully arranged and well cared for. Bloom's flowers and service are second to none. Earlier today, my wife's first Mother's Day, Christopher saved the day. Our flowers arrived this morning as scheduled, but our intercom system was down. They attempted to call my cell multiple times while I was in the shower getting ready for our brunch reservation, so the delivery person left. By the time I realized they had called me it was 30 minutes later and their driver was in the middle of one of the busiest days of their year. Working with Christopher Gus Sidoli from Bloom Flowers was a dream come true! Not only was he just a pleasure to work with but his artistic genius in helping us design our dream wedding really did come true ;-)
My husband and I got married at the New York Botanical Garden in the Bronx so he really played with garden theme which already existed at our venue and incorporated other garden sunset themes into the colors and inspiration for the day.
He helped us with everything from the bridal and wedding party bouquets to the groomsmen boutineers to the tables-capes and the gorgeous outdoor Chuppah

I received the most exquisite floral arrangement that my son sent me for Mother's Day. It was made up of mini pink calla lilies and pink hydrangeas and artistically arranged. Sadly after just three days the hydrangeas died. I called Bloom and explained the situation to Maria who, without any hesitation, offered to send me a new flower arrangement. The next day the arrangement came and it was as beautiful as the original one.
I was so impressed with the way they handled this situation. I don't know what I was looking for but I certainly wasn't expecting this!

Highly recommend!! Bloom provided the floral arrangements for our wedding at Trump SoHo on Aug 8, 2015. We were so impressed with the quality or work and service, particularly Christopher, whom we worked most closely with. He even hand delivered my bridal bouquet to my hotel room where I was getting ready! The ceremony and reception flowers were so beautiful, we managed to take them all home with us in a taxi, and they stayed gorgeous for a week.

I am from out of town and needed to send flowers to family in NYC. Instead of using your typical 1-800-flowers or whatever, I decided to use a local shop. I came across Bloom Flowers while searching florists online and loved the pictures of their flowers. They seem to be a little more expensive, but definitely worth it.

I stopped by Bloom for a last-minute birthday gift earlier this week, and was immediately impressed with their attention to detail on every arrangement. I wasn't sure what I was looking for, and I was in a bit of a rush, but the associate went out of his way to help find something perfect in my price point. I was in town only on vacation, but it's worth noting that they offered same day delivery in NYC.

Wandered in to grab a quick congratulations gift for my spouse. I saw beautiful arrangements. I was surprised at the price of a small bouquet in a vase that I picked up ($200) so went to look at the wrapped flowers ($50 and $85 depending on size). I asked nicely why the flowers were so expensive (from a value perspective I assume there is some reason these are twice the price as a corner store -- and maybe for good reason). I had such a rude service at Bloom Flowers, I was never even able to get flowers here. Ultimately, the store is supposed to provide both the service and product, and because I couldn't get past the service, the product really doesn't matter.
