I had flowers delivered from here, and the delivery service was amazing!! The delivery was is in a very hard location to find, and the delivery man waited outside for 30+ minutes (in the winter) to give him his flowers ! Amazing service, beautiful flowers!

The flowers arrived amazing! Very impressive arrangements and professionally done. Shu is super easy to work with very accommodating to my specifics. Delivery is always on time and not to mention she took my order last minutes during Valentines Day and magically arrived without any delays.

We sold and shipped them $375 worth of flowers and they refuse to pay their invoice. They put on an act of being confused when contacted about their unpaid bill.

I walked in not knowing exactly what I wanted, but I left with a beautiful bouquet of flowers that my girlfriend loved. The peony even bloomed while we were out, which the lady totally called ;).
The lady working at the time was patient while she worked with me and offered many combinations in the price range I set. Their prices were also reasonable and comparable to the websites I usually purchase flowers from.

Had to get an emergency wedding bouquet and 30mins before closing asked them if they can make me a simple rustic bouquet and the lady who answered gladly said yes. She asked me what flower I like and I told her peonies, but I do know that it's not in season, surprisingly they still have it. I just gave directions that I want some lavender color flowers and want it to be small and rustic.my fiance picked it up so when I got home that's when I saw the bouquet and it's so wonderful, they exceeded my expectations. Emergency wedding bouquet. Really saved the day.

Ordered and received Mother's Day flowers ... three of the four roses were WILTED and other flowers were at various late stages of bloom / droopy. Since we live in the neighborhood, we bought the bouquet back and they gave us a hard time about the wilted roses - "that is its color". No roses have brown edges - only the dead ones do. Last time we use Shu's = TOSS $120 in the TRASH!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Came in looking for some branches and bright green leaves for an interior design mood and materials board, and the people here made sure I left with everything I was looking for! They have a large variety of flowers, leaves, branches and miscellaneous plants like succulents and whatnot (that I'm assuming change depending on the season).

Selection of flowers are unique. got a small arrangement but very beautiful and fresh. they are bit pricier than other florists in the area but you will definitely leave happy. worth the money in my opinion.

Don't go never ever ever! I got 4 roses for $70. It was my first time to buy some flowers in America so i didn't know about the prices. But i realized i've got dumped off a lot!
$70 for just bunch of flowers? He just calls ridiculous prices. How unprofessional! I'm not gonna go there again!

I not usually take the time for this but I am extremely happy with the service I received today. I was be able to order a bouquet and deliver for my sister the same day in quite short time of period. I called from California very last minute yesterday to order a bouquet for a friend's birthday, and they came through FABULOUSLY. My friend sent me a photo of the bouquet they delivered, and it is exquisite!!! Price point is not cheap (although any good quality florist is a little pricey), but it was well worth it, because they are gorgeous quality, and very special looking (a nice variety of beautiful flowers thoughtfully arranged). Like walking into a tranquil garden with the most beautiful assortment of flowers and the most helpful and friendly customer service. I ordered a bridal bouquet and Shu's worked with me to make the ideas in my head a reality. They did an absolutely fabulous job and I would highly recommend them for any flower needs. My photographer worked with Shu's Flowers to provide floral arrangements for his bridal photo shoot. The bouquet that Shu's flower shop arranged was breath taking. Dallas and her team pay special attention to detail and have the most beautiful selection of flowers. I also want to add that their shop is a charming space.
