Deliveries to businesses: We require a phone number for the recipient as some buildings will not accept perishable deliveries, and we need to call the recipient or representative to come to the lobby to accept the flowers. We cannot take responsibility if the recipient is away from the office or out of town.

Patrick & team at Elan were the florist for our wedding this past October - and they are truly incredible!!!! We were a COVID wedding and we ultimately cancelled our original plans and had a much smaller party at a different venue a year after planned, and Patrick worked with us to make sure the budget transferred over seamlessly for the new space and to make our vision come to life with both florals and room/table decor. I showed them a few pictures that I liked as inspiration and they knew exactly how to achieve something similar but ultimately even better in the space. The look was clean, simple

My photo doesn't do this amazing arrangement justice. It is one of the most stunning vase of flowers I have ever received. My dad sent them and had to order via phone because his internet was down. He reports that the person he spoke to was lovely and amazing and it shows in the fabulous arrangement that arrived. I highly recommend,

Élan Flowers designed our bridal bouquet for our 2/14/21 virtual wedding and we loved it so much! Because we were having a zoom wedding, we wanted to break with wedding traditions that didn’t mean much to us and make our wedding special, despite the limitations of an outdoor winter virtual wedding. I wore a yellow gown rather than white and Élan designed the burgundy bouquet of my dreams. They also allowed us to create a virtual background for our zoom attendees using a picture of one of their beautiful arrangements! Gorgeous flowers and super helpful and friendly staff. I came in when they were working on tons of pre-orders, but they were incredibly accommodating with my last minute needs and let me put together my own bouquets. While I was there, I got to see some arrangements they made. Their flowers are truly stunning.

The flowers are stunning... my issue is the delivery fees... I sent flowers to cheer a friend up. I spent $60 in delivery fees on a $125 arrangement, that an incremental 50% over the cost of the flowers.
They had tried delivering and the recipient/super were not available when they were delivering, to take back to the shop and re-deliver, I was charged another $40. That seems incredibly excessive. Either make sure that the recipient is there or there will be an additional charge or don't charge. The called the recipient once they were at the location at 11:15am, not ahead, which of course

The flowers I ordered were hands-down, the most beautiful, fresh flowers I have ever ordered. Lauren helped me over the phone, she was kind & patient and made sure the flowers for my daughter's birthday, were absolutely PERFECT and arrived on time.
I wanted the flowers to be extra-special and they were above and beyond my highest expectations- they look even more beautiful than the imagery on the website. Long overdue, but the arrangements I received from Elan are probably the most beautiful flowers I've ever gotten. One was sent to my office while I was at a meeting - I was bombarded with text messages from coworkers of how beautiful the flowers were. Another time was an unexpected surprise I walked into, it took my breath away. Another a wrapped bouquet, equally gorgeous. The beauty of the flowers made me genuinely happy and feel so loved. Your flowers are so elegant and graceful, love Elan flowers.

A few hours after I posted my review below, the owner of Elan Florist gave us a full refund (no questions asked), called my friend who had made the arrangements on behalf of us to personally apologize to her, and sent another "sweet orange" arrangement (exactly like the one on the website) and a handwritten apology card (posted below).
I'm updating my review because we really appreciate the apology and gesture. Although it was unfortunate that this happened to us, I recognize from their sincere response that this was an anomalous occurrence and this company really values

I ordered "Dusty White" from their Signature Collection. The flowers themselves are extraordinary. But the part that surprised me was their service. Here is the story...
I got a call in the morning from the messenger saying that he could deliver the flower because he couldn't get in touch with the recipient who works at a bigger building which requires security check. And the doorman told the messenger that they couldn't take flower into their package room

I'm a bit surprised to see some of the poor reviews on this page as I was pretty excited to leave a really positive review after my fantastic experience with Elan flowers over this past month.
I needed something custom for an engagement and while I thought their arrangements were unique and beautiful, I didn't really see anything with the color scheme that worked with my setup. My mom and I were interested in having Elan Flowers create the flower arrangements for my wedding (e.g., bride's bouquet, bridesmaids' bouquets, groomsmen's boutonnieres, table centerpieces, and flowers for the church) . We went to their store in Tribeca and met with a representative. She offered us some suggestions and said she would email us with the quote. However, we never received a quote despite several emails and phone calls asking them to respond. We were very disappointed.

We had Elan Flowers provide flowers for our December wedding in NYC. All of our arrangements were beautiful and exactly what we envisioned.
Sarah willingly provided helpful input as well when we were discussing our options.
Planning a wedding in an unfamiliar place can be unnerving and Sarah was able to reassure me through the process that there was no need to fret about our flowers. They were delivered intact, on time and the price was excellent.
