As TCU Graduates, Bryant & Brandaise Reckling found a passion for the restaurant industry during their time living up in Fort Worth. Working in a variety of local restaurants in Houston & learning through hands on experience has also given them a pulse on the Houston restaurant scene. Bryant & Brandaise have spent time traveling and working overseas.
Traveling throughout the European Union helped them learn about the value of freshness and simplicity in the foods we eat. After starting and running YourTable Catering for two years, Bryant decided he wanted to learn more in the kitchen. He and Brandi decided to jump on a plane and go explore the Australian food world.

Met our daughters and two grandchildren for lunch. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The owner is extremely friendly and will spend time visiting if you’d like. The cafe is small but nice. We really enjoyed it. I bought a fresh Ribeye to take home, which we cooked the next day. The steak was outstanding and very tender.

I went in to true Craft Market today just browsing and looking to see what they had.I did pick up some egg salad because I really like egg salad for breakfast and sometime for lunch. I did pick that up. The customer service was okay.I really wasn't all that greeted when I went in but it was okay. I did look at the ingredients of the egg salad and I felt like they probably could put more into the egg salad I think it's missing some parsley and maybe some onion and just some things like that cuz it's kind of plain as I tasted it it is plain and I did try to make that suggestion but the person at

Mr. R is crafting up some magic in his kitchen. Went by for his famous Cheeseburger Friday before they sold out. I'll tell you something that burger slaps. One of the better smash style burgers I have ever had and if you know me I have had a few.

Everything they do is great and I highly recommend them. This is a chef driven outfit and the chef uses high quality ingredients that are handled with care but at the same time nothing is over done. Lets the well seasoned food speak for itself. The chef is from Texas so everything has a Texas flare to it. I have used TCM for several things over the last year or so as my office is near by. Corporate breakfast and lunch meetings (sandwiches and fajita bowls), hot lunch specials, pre-marinated meats, cheeseburger Friday, oven ready meals for the family at home or in the country.
