Gosslee Property Management, established in 1992 by James D. "Jimmy" Gosslee, is a full-service property management company managing hundreds of homes in Shreveport/Bossier. Jimmy and his son, Brad Gosslee, joined together to form a rental division mainly to serve customers interested in leasing rather than selling their homes or those looking to rent rather than buy a home.

Gosslee Property Management is a good place to take care of my business with my rental property in Bossier City, but on the other hand, the sales department im not happy with at all. I have contacted them to talk about selling my home and they told me that a sales person will contact me and I have been sitting hear for over a week and not one has called me.

DO NOT USE! It won't let me leave less than 1 star or I would. This company took advantage of an active duty military member who recieved orders over seas, they made my life a living he!! Every month there was additional charges on top of their monthly fees. The worse part is the tenant of 5 years finally moves out and the house was vacant for over 4 months. Multiple calls from overseas each month asking why it wasn't being rented, come to find out the place was falling apart and they didn't actually view the house before they refunded the tenant's deposit. Penny at Gosslee is wonderful to work with! She was very helpful when we were looking for rental properties and has taken care if anything we have needed. Will never deal with this company again. There whole plot is to keep your deposit and charge you for nonsense. I was charged for nonsense that was not my fault and was normal wear to a house. They charged me $65 to replace a light fixture that never existed another $49 for missing light bulbs which were not missing. $109 for carpet cleaning only two rooms had carpet. $235 for some blinds that stayed in the same condition as when I moved there. The list goes on of nonsense that was left how I found it. They went after the 30 day mark I had to keep calling about my

I rented from Gosslee for four years and this company needs to get training in the home rental industry as to what is normal wear and tear. I took excellent care of my home and I always get my deposits back but this company nickeled and dimed me on my deposit. For instance, I was charged $15 for a kitchen cabinet knob they felt needed a longer screw. Prior to moving in, back in 2015, I personally paid for the carpet cleaning because it hadn’t been done yet and I kept my receipt because the agreement was that I wouldn’t have to pay upon moving out. Worse experience ever!
Upon signing our rental contract we request for the house to be professional cleaned including the yard mess that the previous tenant had left behind (piles of bricks and all kind of debris).
The day we moved in, it was to our surprise that NOT a single of our request was furfilled.
I had to spend couple of days to clean the yard meanwhile my wife did her share cleaning the house.
During our occupancy, calling for maintenance was like pulling teeth trying to have things fixed in the proper way, to the point that we gave up calling at all.

Lora Moore the Property Manager is AMAZINGLY AWESOME! Anytime we have had ANY type of issue (and there haven't been many cause they keep properties up) she is on it and is taken care of immediately! I have never had to wait more than a day, and that was because I didn't contact them till the a/c guy was closed. They keep in contact and Lora personally calls and texts to make sure everything is okay. Thank you Lora!!

We respectively maintained the house for 3 years and did not receive the service we deserved. Our tenancy involved terrible living conditions that were never resolved such as plumbing issues that prohibited us from washing clothes and sewage backing up into our showers etc (see pics attached). Upon moving in, they removed the bathroom door which was never replaced! After vacating, they withheld our deposit for more than 30 days and told us it would take two more weeks! Absolutely horrible customer service. Do not waste your time or money!

Gosslee Property Management is a terrible management company. They have violated all of the terms on the lease. They refuse to send digital records of the maintenance performed on my house. They have spent hundreds of dollars on repairing the washer and dryer that I left with my house. The appliances are already 7 years old and need to be replaced not repaired. They do not try to contact me when repairs are needed even though I'm pretty quick to respond to problems. I have owned my house for 7 years now and I'm not ready to let it go, but now I feel I have no option but to sell it.
