A: Pricing can be the most important consideration when choosing a property management company. At Quality Rental Solutions we believe it is vital to ensure you keep the majority of YOUR money so we keep YOUR business. Our pay structure is simple and as detailed below. We do charge a ONE-TIME (once annually) placement fee per property that is rented to assist with our marketing costs.
A: No! All of our properties are rented on a first come, first serve basis. We recommend that a deposit be placed quickly on a property with a move-in date soon to follow in order to ensure you get the property of your choice. A: All deposits are refundable once the terms of the lease agreement have been met.

I was looking for a bigger house more yard found it here great area paid my application fee everything was going smooth the same day made appointment to see the bigger house had everything on the table till the next morning I got a text saying someone else has put a deposit on this property so we no longer can show it.I wasnt interested in any of there other properties so they didn't return my app. fee this is not right I didnt use any of your services then the young lady in the office is who I dealt with she has poor communications skills it took a week and a half to reach back out to me after
