We are a member of Rent Bureau, which is now tracking the performance of over five million tenants. Their timely payment serves to improve their credit rating, while late payments and other mistakes can adversely affect it.

Diamond property management has been awesome with the house I rent. They are always quick to send out technicians for any maintenance issues and very professional! I put in a plumbing work order on Sunday night and had a plumber at the house the next morning. I have dealt with other property managers who send sketchy technicians to do sketchy work, this has never been the issue with Diamond. I have been dealing mainly with Brittany from the Bossier City office and she has been exceptional! She’s always quick to respond back to me and very professional. I would highly recommend using Diamond property

We have been using diamond property for over 3 years and we love their service. The people there are honest and reliable; we would recommend their service. Anything wrong with our house, we are notified immediately, and are very responsive to my questions. Shout out to Britney who is the maintenance coordinator! She’s awesome being the liaison between our tenants and us.

I rented a home from them for years. From Mary showing and doing contracts and Rhonda doing the maintenance it was no problem at all. Reading the complaints about security deposits is what is confusing. They took out for handyman repairs and cleaning but that was expected. Its not like the money goes to them anyways it goes to vendors. Move in pics were compared to move out pics. Clean up after yourself and you wont get penalized. Simple. All in all it was great. No issues at all. Highly recommend.

I have been a vendor for Diamond for almost 4 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. I own a cleaning service and clean all their rental properties and their expectations are very high which means they care about their owners homes and any future tenants moving in. They have always been good at communicating with me on their expectations and send their work orders in a timely matter to make sure the houses are not rushed.

I have a rental house and all was going well till I received a bill for plumbing work that was done. I waited to receive an itemized bill since they told me it was $2200.00 . I wanted to see what all was done. Never received it till they told me they where holding my rent money till I paid the company only then did I get a bill that only said "cold water slab leak repair" amount $2200.00. That was not an itemized bill that told me why it was so much. Till this day I still have not received my rent money. I am the owner of the house if I want an explanation of work that was done before paying that
