I've lived under this management for two years. It's poor maintenance service. Unprofessional management. Unfriendly environment.I got shot in the back of my apartment in 2020. I'm currently residing in one of their apartment complexes located in the Highland area of Shreveport right off Centenary Blvd.Highland Village Apartment.Theyre overpriced for monthly rates. Most of their properties are located in crime areas.

These units are not a good place to dwell. The neighborhood is terrible. You couldn’t possibly be responsible for the mold located on the outside of the windows and inside of the units. uninhabitable living condition this is a health hazard that can cause illness these are the units located at Highland Village Apartments off Centenary Blvd
