The people that I have delt with were EXTREMELY professional and VERY knowledgable with every answer to my questions. They were always quick to respond to any issues or concerns that I had during the renting process and let me know EXACTLY what I was walking into BEFORE I moved in. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone looking to rent or have their properties professionally managed!!!!!

ALLY ASSET & BILL MESSINA (aka MESSINA INVESTMENTS) are the WORST People. Rented a house for $2600 a month. Walk through done while previous tenant was still living in it (therefore didn’t see the damage) Once keys were handed over, house was found to be in deplorable condition. MOLD all over the place, faulty plumbing, whole house filthy, ripped carpet, broken window, broken fence & inoperable gate, broken garage door, missing keys and openers, rotten food in fridge from previous tenant, electrical outlets missing covers which also exposed more mold inside wall, cabinet doors hanging off hinges

I had a lock on my air conditioner cage that needed to come off because the key was nowhere to be found and they drove out to Benton to cut it off. My rental property is at least 30 minutes from the office and they went on a weekend to take care of it. I am super appreciative! They always answer me quickly and the service is awesome!

Heather Matlock is wonderful! She has been tremendously helpful and reliable as the property manager for our south Bossier home. She is also very friendly and personable.
I came to her after trying other property managers in the area that were unsatisfactory. Heather turned things around very quickly! She gave helpful advice, placed great tenants, and answered all of my questions. She ensured that all required repairs were done to the home as well.
She always responds to my calls and emails in a timely manner.
She is detail-oriented and very good at what she does.
I honestly can't recommend

I've been working with Heather to get our house up for rent and she's been fantastic! She and her team got it posted on the sites and we got a good amount of interest and we're happy to report it's been leased! Heather also took time to meet in person and we were able to discuss the rental process, the local market, answered questions I have, and just life in general. Super stoked to have teamed up with Heather and Ally Asset Management for my rental property management!
