I came here when I had a sudden car issue during a long distance road trip.

I was in raleigh but needed to get to Charleston that evening.

I stopped here and explained what was going on. Apparently they were booked for weeks out and had no way to help me (consider changing your name then maybe?)

Anyways, he could tell I was a bit panicked but I basically said I understood he couldn't help me. He ended up screaming at me for my attitude and getting really in my face for no real reason.

I brought my vehicle here after an accident and was blown away by the service offered! The staff and owner are incredibly courteous, informative and helpful. They truly went above and beyond with myself and my vehicle and Thomas, the owner, kept in touch with me along the way. Work completed was perfect. 10/10 recommend!

I heard from one of my friend that they are Good but in facts.
They are slow. Every time whenever I call for my car they said they are waiting for parts and always delays and move date on next week. Thanks to my insurance company who is paying for my car rental. But they have limits too. I am afraid if they will not give my car till next week I have to pay for my rental.

They kept my car at their shop for over a week without performing an estimate of the damages. When I called they said I don’t know if your car is here we’ve had cars here for over 10 weeks waiting to be fixed. Still waiting on the estimate, luckily the insurance company is paying for my rental and not me because I would be furious.

They fixed my bumper after a hit and run accident and it looks brand new. Took a few weeks for the part to get in, but they always made sure i was able to get around and were very friendly guys.

I was truly satisfied with their work. They are professional, and I had my vehicle back in perfect condition in less than a week! I would highly recommend Auto Body 911 they're awesome!!

The staff at Auto Body 911 were very kind and very accommodating when I needed to get my car fixed after someone hit me. They even worked very hard to get my car fixed a couple of days early so that I didn't have to worry about my car after an upcoming surgery I had scheduled. They did a professional job and I couldn't tell that my car had been repaired and painted where the damage was.

I had a wonderful experience with Auto Body 911! The work was done promptly, they have a Hertz office on site for a rental car, and friendly staff. My Jeep was fixed to brand new and my car was SPOTLESS when I picked it up!! I would recommend them to anyone!

These guys are the real deal. I did long, extensive research to find where to take my car in for repairs and find this gem of a place. They restored everything like new! Friendly staff, amazing workers, quality results!

The ease in which I can write this review speaks to the service I received. The guidance that I was given in this place was crucial in making sure that my repairs were set up correctly and that everything was covered accordingly. They made sure my claims were completed, my repairs were done with quality parts, and I was able to get a rental immediately. We had the best experience with Auto Body 9-1-1. I've unfortunately had to work with another body shop for wreck last year which turned out to be a terrible experience, so I was just SO impressed with the quality in service and work from these guys! We were self pay, and they were so accommodating to our schedule. I called the week before to set up the appointment and they had no issues fitting us in during the timeframe we needed. They ended up finding more issues when they took the bumper off and didn't charge us for the additional work. They said it was a 4 day job, but we had requested

Extremely poor customer service. Management is incredibly rude. The quality of the work done was sub par and not what I would expected from a professional body shop. I recommend White-Wall Auto Repair instead.

Highly recommended. I had a large dent on my driver-side door. Brought the car by, and they estimated a couple weeks for repair based on the holiday season. Car was ready when they said it was...Excellent service, excellent quality on the repairs. Car looks brand new.

Brought my truck here Monday morning, got it back Thursday looking brand new. Was rear ended and had some damage to my rear bumper repaired, Brian Benish and the folks at Auto Body 911 were great and I can't recommend them more !
