I was really impressed with their integrity. I brought them a 1980 buick regal that has been sitting outside for decades. This car has a lot of history and means a great deal to me. They declined the job instead of doing any harm (there's a ton of rust). The young woman they have doing estimates was very kind and super pleasant to deal with. Their dog is adorable.

I got a good vibe from Duke Collision when I showed up for the first time and I saw they were working on cop cars. I asked and the city of Raleigh does get their cop cars worked on at Duke Collision. Anyway, after my car had some major roof damage and my insurance company totaled the car because of the cost, I struggled to find any place to repair it. Everywhere I went said it would cost between $6,000 to $9,000 and they would have to replace the roof and A-frame of the car. Then I go to Duke Collision and they tell me they won't need to replace anything, and it would only cost $3000. ($2,997,

This is the second time I have used Duke Collision. I was so pleased with the first experience that I did not hesitate to return. The staff was very courtesy and professional. The body work took only 4 days. It was returned cleaned and the price remain accurate and the same. I hope do not need to return again but if I run in to any additional issues in the future I 100% will be returning to Duke Collision. Thank you for taking great care of my vehicle.

If you value your life, do not take your vehicle to Duke Collision. I had an accident in September that everyone thought would be totaled. The car was not totaled and I proceeded to drive it for 3 more months including two back and fourth trips out of state that alone were 1,000 miles. In December, I took it to a body shop for some checks and received a call 2 weeks later that the car was totaled due to 0 structural integrity. The technician at the new body shop took the front off of another car to show me what it should look like and then showed me mine. Parts were not welded back together, edges

This repair shop in my opinion operates on the very principles of what a business should do. They were very fair in their evaluation of my repair. They charged me a fare price, gave me great service and an awesome guarantee. The young lady who runs the office is the epitome of a professional coupled with the mystic of Southern hospitality even though she is from New York. Duke Collision really came through for me. One night someone hit and damaged the bumper on my parked car. The next day, I brought my car in for service and what would have been a very stressful event, was made very pleasant. The Duke Collision team treated me with the utmost respect and talked me through what would happen and gave me an exact timeline on when my car would be ready. They were absolutely amazing! Although I truly hope that I will not experience such circumstances again, I will definitely and without hesitation take my car straight back to Duke Collision.
