I absolutely would never live here again. my experience at this complex has been nothing but awful. Given it’s a great location at a reasonable price. but the amount of times we’ve had to call maintenance for serious issues that they neglect for days is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention the upkeep of the pools and hot tub during the summer when it’s super busy… it’s non existent. I don’t even bother having people come over because our pools were so DISGUSTING. The fact i’ve had to clean out the hot tub before I invited guests over is INSANE. The light in the hot tub has been broken

Pros: it’s in a decent location. The office staff were always friendly.
Cons:
Cleanliness: the apartment was filthy when we moved in. The bottom of our feet were black after walking barefoot in the apartment. Took several times of mopping the floor before it got better.
maintenance - never in a hurry to get stuff done. We had an issue with the dishwasher, put in a request. Moved out 4 weeks later and the dishwasher was still not fixed or even looked at.

We’ve had a great experience living at Mosaic! The amenities are fantastic, office staff friendly, and neighbors are respectful. The apartment layouts make it feel spacious and connected. Only have one covered parking spot is a bummer, but there are plenty of open spots for our other vehicle. The major downside is the lack of recycling options. There is a valet trash service that residents are required to pay for, but there are no recycling services. I would much prefer to pay for recycling. Otherwise, the complex is a great place to live!

So many things this property can improve one being only one late fee charge for the month not additional $20 everyday pass original late fee charge,as well as not stating its a gated community when one of the gates clearly stays open 24hrs a day being false advertisement! When it comes to mantinece not only are they not well equipped in the profession but look forward to be put off and aside if they feel they don't reach a certain level of importance!

I moved in to Mosaic about 5 months ago and have loved it. Maintenance responds to requests in an appropriate time, and whenever I see them on-site they are personable and say hello. The front office staff listens and handles concerns with care. Even though it’s a larger community it still feels very quiet and safe. I love the modern interior and exterior amenities. The automatic and electronic payment options mean I’ll never miss a payment. Highly recommend.

The facilities and office personnel are the most exceptional. They take care of their tenants and are always willing to work with you and be you friend. The pools and gym are excellent, and repairs are accomplished in a timely manner. Too, the location is great. If I ever need groceries or food there are plentty of places in walking distance

I like my unit and the grounds seem ok (although I second the sprinkler issues, my car is constantly plagued by water spots) but maintenance has been off since I resigned my lease. My shower has been stuck on scalding hot the past three days and I am unable to take a shower. Put in an emergency maintenance request because you know I like to shower and still nothing for days. Oh also, they frequently shut off the water completely for no discernible reason. I had no running water from 3pm till like 1 Am one time. Apparently mosaic is against its tenants taking showers.

Which saves on a gym membership. Super clean grounds! Friendly neighbors. Pet friendly community, they even offer dog treats in their office! Gated Community always a Plus! 3… Sparkling Pools Grills throughout property Even A gated Dog Park for your dog to run around Close to Grocery Stores Resturants Gas Stations Movie Theater
