Do not move here if you value your belongings. The amities might seem amazing..the troubles are way worse…I’ll make a list:
1) stolen laundry
2) thin walls (loud noises)
3) not gated
4) pool and hot tub cleaned everyday but still looks dirty.
5) no access to gym if you work real 9-5 job
6) management doesn’t listen to tenants.
7) rent prices don’t match the way you are treated.
8) washers and dryers never work.
9) good luck using the common area that also doesn’t work.
10) they find any reason to fine you.
11) if you get home late at night and want to get your mail…no lights

My children are cold at night. If you plan on living here you will need to purchase a heater if you live in a unit that gets no sunlight. I will update later with more poor living conditions and why you should… not waste almost 2k a month to live in section 8 housing. Dont let the glamorous photos they took fool you as this place is disgusting. Animal urine and feces everywhere including walkways and the parking lot. Junkies roaming all hours of the night. Half of the cabinets in my unit are falling apart. There is still a bloodstain in my bathrooms and water stains from upstairs neighbors

Nice apartments, pretty big here. Pools super nice. Only wish they had washer n dryers inside the units instead of shared. That's the only bummer but everything else is nice. Gym and lounge are opening soon and look super nice from outside. Gym is big and spacious and has alot of equipment in there. There's also nice walking routes all around the complex

I've been here almost 3 years now and I'm Updating my review because they have improved alot. as soon as I email the assistant manager- Tina, she takes care of the issue. She will send maintenance immediately for repairs and she has worked with us tremendously through the pandemic (as we were unable to work and behind on rent) she made payment arrangements with us for several months. I love the pool and hot tub. They are always clean and well maintained. the landscaping is beautiful and well taken care of. I will definitely renew my lease.

I’ve lived here for 6 months and have had such a great experience! They’re renovating a lot and the property has improved in the short time I’ve been here. The staff and maintenance take care of any issues I may have and respond within a reasonable amount of time. The pool, location, and views are beautiful. I literally have zero complaints. I’ve recommended for my other family members to move here too.

I moved in January and I am absolutely thrilled. My apartment is super spacious, the apartments are eco friendly, i have wonderful neighbors and the office is super efficient. The amenities here are also a big plus. We have security and I always feel safe here with my son. Great job management.

Plenty of issues, but there was one thing that was affecting my health, and they asked no questions. They believed me, and that really made me feel like they appreciated our business.
The swimming pool is amazing. The location is great. And there is even a tennis court. Usually, in general, large apartment communities this size are either getting better or getting worse. With this one, it's getting better

I Initially thought this apartment complex would be a nice & safe place to live. Shortly after moving in, I was quickly alarmed that it isn’t. The ladies in the office are extremely nice & gets back to you quickly if you have a question. As for the apartment itself, PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. It isn’t worth not knowing if it’s safe to walk into your own place. Random people can have ACCESS to every apartment building. You have homeless people walking sround, loud altercations outside, suspicious activity all throughout the lot. Please I highly recommend you listen to the reviews and their star

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had living here. Management at the office, the staff, the owners, and the property management are horrible!! Do not move here! You will regret it! Using Covid as an excuse for everything and closing the pool early every night while other apartments are 24 hours or open til 10. These people anger me to the max,… they are trying to power trip over everybody and make up their own rules whenever they feel the desire. The fitness center and pool were closed for months before Covid happened, the fitness center was supposed to be done in June and is

I have been at Capri for close to two years. The management is excellent. Tina, the manager who did my lease is so professional and fast, I think she is part machine. She stands behind me with any issue that comes up. Some residents bring in guests that are inconsiderate to other residents, but managements evicts anyone who won’t abide by their leases! The property is well maintained and I can’t even list all the improvements since I lived here! Great Job Capri!

The office staff is always very willing to help and Sarah has been absolutely wonderful since I moved in. I can’t in good faith write in this review that everything is perfect at this complex, because it’s not.. But it seems like they are working toward fixing what’s necessary to be fixed and the maintenance staff is always really nice. The pool and the amenities are really cool here and the location is great.

Does any one know who this woman is? I caught her abusing he dog in the back parking lot. She was pulling her dog off the ground by his collar and slamming him into the dumpster. I intervened and told her stop as I was calling the police. She walked away from me and I couldn't see what unit she walked into. Her dogs name is Chase because she kept screaming at him. Please, if you see her abusing her dog, please say something and call the police. Her poor dog does not deserve this.

Cooler system 2 nd year in a row has been down. We were given a notice last year and this fall that they would be replacing the cooling system. However, that hasn’t happened. As we sit here in a hot apartment with temperatures above 80 degrees. I’m a professional and I don’t receive their Section8 voucher. I pay high rent to live in apartment that… is run down and keep getting the same response every year we are replacing the boiler system. Nobody not even Section 8 deserve to live like this. Some of the issues I understand management has no control over but get outside
