Apartments are outdated. There’s always a issue with the heat every single winter. There’s always some kind of bug infestation. Maintenance never fixes issues at a timely matter, I’m over it. My lease is up in two months and I will NOT be renewing it. I wouldn’t recommend. Go somewhere else where maintenance and property managers actually care about their tenants.

Constantly an inconsistency of heat and hot water. They never address issues in a timely manner. I have had an issue with my tub since September 2017 still not addressed. Also, my oven hasn’t worked in six weeks problem hasn’t been addressed. Place very work orders about the same issues and have to wait months. I wouldn’t recommend moving here

This place took a payment of 30 dollars from me so I could get approved. They assured me that I was the only one applying for this apartment. When I finally got approved they told me someone else got it but another one was available in two months for over 100 dollars more. Are you kidding me?? I hate liars. Don't bother with this place. They just take your money and give false promises.
