Jasper from Meridia got my partner and I in for a showing right away, and we moved in quickly and easily. Being here for a month I am a big fan of the location as a commuting student, atmosphere, and size of the space. Laundry is a bit pricey, and the card reload machine doesn't take our $1 bills, but what are you gonna do.

My wife and I set up an appointment with Jasper to view an apartment. The apartment we saw we ended up really liking went home talked about it and decided we wanted it. So we applied on the website. We did everything the process asked that was needed to apply. Everything came back good. 5:00 o'clock the next morning we received a text message from Jasper saying 3 months of bank Statements is needed. Nowhere in any of the qualifications nor anything we talked about in person requested bank statements. When I explained this to Jasper in text message, he said cooperate requires bank statements from

A few days ago I applied for an apartment here, once my credit was approved I was not only asked that the person that I was going to be sharing the apartment with me fill an application, but pay the ridiculously $95 application fee!!!!. let me be clear, I was going to be solely responsible financially for the apartment and that was clear in the application process, why would anyone over the age of 18 will need to fill out a background check? So Meridian decides who you can live with ?? I have never in my entire life had to provide a background check for people listed under my lease.

Where do I start? I’m a new tenant here and I have seen nothing but good things from this place so far. Mike has made things easier for us here and we are so happy. I had requested some small maintenance work inside our unit and Mike not only took care of those in such a small time frame, but also took care of other issues I hadn’t even realized were there or didn’t really think it was worth their time to fix. But, he did it all and what more can I ask for? It’s great knowing we have great, friendly service in our area. Thanks Mike!

I recently moved into the Meridia, and I'm so excited for this journey. The place is stunning, warm and comforting. I love my apartment, and all the updated features in it as well. The move in process was so smooth. I had the help of the leasing agent (Jasper Burger). I texted him so many times about my questions and concerns, and he responded as soon as he could. He was delightful during my move in process.I'm looking forward to staying here for as long as I possibly can. xx!

The atmosphere here is absolutely refreshing the staff are very polite and helpful. You can very much see that they take pride in their work the building always smells nice and is always clean. One of the best parts i would say is maintenance The maintenance man “Mike” take much pride in his work he is always available when needed and get the job done right and fast. Highly recommend

Darren is a great team player and constantly meets tenant's requests.
He has become quite the go to person and has no problem building professional rapport with everyone he comes in contact with.

First off, the building is great. Staff always keeps the building clean. There is always a fresh smelling aroma in the hallways. Maintenance is very responsive and even responded to my lockout within 10 minutes in the middle of the night. Jasper made the move-in process smooth and easy. He was always willing to answer my long list of questions and provided us with all information we needed. I am very happy with this move!

We moved to Meridia over the weekend . Let me start by saying JASPER B thank you so much for all the help during this moving process from day 1 he was welcoming, attentive and so patient with us . He literally goes out of his way to make sure you are getting the luxury apartment that you want. Jasper was quick to answering any calls or messages with any concerns or questions. To the maintenance team thank you for being so precise with every detail and making sure our apartment was perfect . We couldn’t have chosen a better place to live. Everything is so clean .
