We moved in these apartments in April and have loved every minute of it! Not only is the building beautiful and spacious, but it is kept in pristine condition! The maintenance and cleaning staff are so friendly, respectful, and dedicated to keeping the building in tip top shape! A big shout out to one staff member Angelica who works so hard every day- and always has a positive and friendly attitude. Her happiness is infectious and she always brightens my day!! 💗 Thank you to all the staff who work hard every day to keep our building safe and clean.

Meridia Lafayette is very nice place to live and very well kept. Place is clean, beautiful and tenants are friendly. Location is great, close to transit, restaurants and local stores nearby. The management and maintenance team are awesome always ready to assist tenants and customers with loyalty and a warm welcome. I would recommend living at Lafayette Village. :)

I would have given zero star if possible. It had been 6 months of unfortunate and worst experience to live in these apartments.
1) There are too less closets and almirah in the apartment. You cannot put and fit all your luggage in apartment.
2) Over priced apartments with less carpet area.
3) They charge you around non refundable $695 - $800 at start of your lease and say tenant can leave the apartments as it's without any cleaning and they will cover all that in this fees. However at end when you leave apartment they ask you to do whole cleaning and even charge you extra cleaning charges of

We want to say Thank you to Ashley today. We stopped in for the Open House and she have us a tour of the building. We were really impressed with her customer service skills, she answered all our questions and concerns. We informed her that we currently live in Rahway and we explained to her how we got tricked/bamboozled into the building we are in now.
We were impressed with how clean the building is, the amenities that are provided. We look forward to becoming part of Meridia Lafayette family ASAP.
