We've been here two years now. Place is good since its in Clark and neighbors are nice. The only problem here is the maintenance. Not really a 24/7 maintenance. No response at night at all. You have to call over and over again. If we call again to follow up, no answer, it will go straight to the voicemail but if we use a different number, someone will answer. What a joke that the customer service for the maintenance once said that, they dont take request or follow up once initial issue was placed. No consideration for 2hrs or more wait of response. How are we gonna follow up if we don't call again

The apartments themselves are great, but the problem is the staff.
I'm moving out after 3 years, and from day one I had problems with items not getting fixed.
You must call them again and again until they take care of an issue. True, if it's legally considered a 9 11-item, they take care of the problem right away.
But if your oven breaks, bathroom ceiling leaks, light problems, fly infestation, etc, prepare to deal with the problem possibly for MONTHS before it's fixed.
I'm including a picture of their "permanent solution" to fixing my shower after a leak. They only added the duct tape after

I’ve been here for 7 years and it’s peaceful and safe. The office staff (Gerri & Kathleen) are fantastic, Great to talk with and I truly appreciate them. Joe is a good super! He has Ernesto, Patty & Mario to name a few. They have always taken care of me. Honestly, some of these reviews are just tenants that don’t know how to treat people with respect and dignity.

I’ve lived here 3 years and truly can’t understand these bad reviews. I love my apartment, my neighbors, and my maintenance staff. It’s going to break my heart to leave such a wonderful community. When my fridge broke it was replaced immediately, when my sink clogged Ernie was over within a couple hours to fix it. I’ve never had an issue with getting things repaired or replaced, one of my only complaints would be the laundry rooms. The machines are breaking frequently, but the washer repair company is even sweet and a joy to see around the complex.
Also the new maintenance man that replaced

I do not know where else to complain, I need someone to actually fix the heat issue in my apartment. The same issue happened last year and at this point its pure negligence!! I just renewed my lease for another year. This is ridiculous how my rent goes up and still this issue does not get resolved. The thermostat on the wall is broken - the heat is running at full speed and this apartment is like an oven. There is no reason why ALL my windows in my apartment have to be open in order for me to cool down in October! I need this fixed immediately, stop putting a bandage on the issue - just fix it

I have been here for 7 years and frankly I have not had any issues with anyone. Geri & Kathleen (the only ones I deal with) are absolutely wonderful. They are always friendly and NEVER disrespectful. As far as the maintenance staff... Joe was an awesome super! He and the rest of the team were always attentive. Mario, Patty, Ernesto... all wonderful people. The apartments are spacious and good value. My neighbors are amazing, a couple of very bad ones that came through but don't believe the bad reviews.

They do allow pets nothing over 25 pounds so pit bulls are welcome you can have a 75 pound bulldog the owner is a Moran. There is a new staff to do all the repairs they never did the first time around.. Friday and Saturday nights you can't find parking what so ever the property is distressed in major need of repair the owner simply does not give a crap. God for bid if you call the emergency number you must wait two hours. Or get told it's not an emergency. The parking lot is typically a race track and I found two needles near my vehicle so far in a month. Other tenants drop garbage don

Rented a one bed/one bath and never again will I be returning. Maintenance is nonexistent. If something breaks good luck ever getting it fixed. They ignore calls. This winter was very cold and the heat did not work. It was so bad I had to find other living arrangements to wait out the weather. When the heat does work it is overbearingly hot. There is no happy medium. There is no communication between management and tenants in terms of hidden fees/rules. The people living in the complex are wonderful, it is a safe place with plenty of parking. Unfortunately, I can not say the same for the rude management

Absolutely horrible maintenance, over priced, money hungry management, outdated apartments. Maintenance NEVER shows up when you call even if you call multiple times. They literally charge you for everything to the point where they make you pay $10 if you lock yourself out of you place. The management office is money hungry and could care less about their tenants. They also raise their rent extremely high when its time to renew. for what they charge the maintenance should be responsive, the apartments should be renovated, there should NOT be a roach/bug issue and the property should be better maintained

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT HERE. Attached are pictures of the apartment when I first moved in. The kitchen was gross and I wasn't able to use it untill I scrubbed it down more times then I can count, bought new hinges for the cabinets , and bought seperate cabinets from Target to keep plates and cups in. I probably could have called the health department but decided to give them a chance to fix it.
I lived here for 3 years and was recently relocated to a different state for work. I was only able to give 30 day notice instead of the required 60 days because it was an unexpected job offer

The place is spacious and the parking isn't problematic which is nice.
When I first moved in maintenance was attentive . Unfortunately, the last two times that I've had issues they've been a "no show." I've had to get other people to do the job. Also, they leave the windows in the basement open (not sure what they're doing there ), but rodents would be more than happy to "stop by." If you're like me and you're scared of them, don't move here . Otherwise. I'd say go for it. Expect to do things yourself if you need repairs...after

When I first moved in the apt was not clean and didn't have heat cover on the edges. The floors are warped and in un even. I found roaches in my kitchen. Since moving here I'v had a gas leak and it took to them almost 2 weeks to get fixed and still my pilot lights are out. I had a pipe burst in my apt last week and had water all over my kitchen floor. (Over $150.00 worth of damage to my personal belongings). The heat and hot water are never hot. The maintience staff is helpful but over worked. They have 3 ppl for over 300 apts. don't move here. Its a piece of garbage!!!!

My husband and I lived at Lexington village for 3 years. We absolutely loved it. The only reason we left is because we purchased a home. It was a safe complex and everyone was friendly. It is a great place to live and the location is close to many downtown shopping areas and restaurants.

Lexington Village apartments are a great place to live! The apartments are in great condition and I love the little courtyards within each of the building blocks. Friendly community and very quiet. People come and go but always say hello. Washers and dryers near each of the buildings and they even have a pool on premise! Great location to lots of restaurants and stores as well.
Joe runs the place, if something is wrong he's on top of it and makes sure it gets fixed. I've never stumbled upon something that Joe didn't look into or didn't get fixed. He's always a pleasure

I lived here for about 4 years and just moved out. It's very close to Parkway which was great to get to and from work. Now the Clark Plaza now has even better selection in terms of stores than when I first moved to Clark. i had a 1 bedroom apartment and my bedroom was huge and the living room was also a nice size but the bathroom and kitchen is small so counter space and cabinets were an issue so I had to get a lot of separate organizers to store everything. l lived on the 2nd floor band rarely heard my neighbor which was great. Many parking lots to choose from and although it's first

Woken up today by a guy coming around to tell people they decided to pave another parking lot and we need to move our cars immediately. Five minutes notice before they start paving. Didn't get any advance notice for this one at all. If you can live anywhere else, do it. I wouldn't recommend living here at all.

My husband and I have lived in Lexington Village apartments for 3 years, and we are moving out, so I thought I would write a review. We have been very happy here - our 1-bedroom apartment is very large, and was sufficient for our first few years of marriage. Living room, dining room and bedroom are extremely roomy. The kitchen is functional, but I wish there was more counter-space and more cabinets.
