I do not know why anybody would give this place a bad rating. Even though I did not move in yet. But I plan to when something comes up in maybe September hopefully. The guy in the office deserves a 5 star rating. This complex they show me in a quiet neighborhood, but was not able to move in yet. Hopefully they can get me something by September 18 or in the cardboard box I go. But seriously nice people and property.

I’ve applied to this apartment february 2021 for April move in. I called a week later in february to see if I was approved & the lady said I was, reconfirmed all my information and told me I was set on their list. March comes up, I call to see a possible date to see a listing because I was going out of town the last week of march till April 5th.. i’m BIG on communication, so I wanted to have some sort of agreement. The lady answered the phone RUDELY and told me it’s only march someone will talk to you in the middle of the march and then i’ll have my answer. excuse me? so instead of getting

Paid $20 application fee Monday. Called the next day to get a window about when I’d hear back and was told I’d hear back by the end of the week. Called again the following Monday after hearing nothing and left a detailed voicemail requesting a callback. This was a month ago. Still nothing. Don’t even bother. The place looks halfway decent but if they won’t give you the time of day they hardly deserve your money.

Put an application in over the summer and asked about a tour. Paid $20 for it and was told I would get a decision in a few days. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I called and left a voicemail, never got a call back, and then emailed someone in the office asking the status of my application and she said I would hear from someone by the end of the week. Ended up not hearing anything ever again so I took my business elsewhere. Their listings online are also not accurate with what's actually for rent.
