Raul is the best mechanic I’ve ever had. He goes above and beyond for his customers. He is VERY fair with prices. He will help you out any way he can at any time. His work is flawless. He’s done the best work on my car. I will always get my paint jobs/car service done with him. Most of all, he is an honest and friendly person. You can trust him and that’s important and hard to find with mechanics this day in age.

So I had a good experience months ago, office was great, they cleaned my headlight which was above and beyond the repair on my rear end. However, months later the side of my rear bumper that was fixed came loose again, I have to fix what appears to have just been glued on. Really upset that the job that was done didn't last. There's also white primer in all the cracks of my vehicle, and there is dried primer in the door sockets I had to clean out. It took me forever.

The woman at the front desk was not wearing ANY mask. The woman who helped us was wearing her mask only over her mouth. There was no itemized bill. It took them a week to do the auto repair. They called us and told us the car was ready, but when we got there an hour later, they told us they couldn't get the car out. They told us it would only be a few minutes. After waiting about half an hour, we had to leave.

Wife brought in our Honda accord that had the front bumper being pulled off from dragging on the curb going in to our driveway. They gave a reasonable estimate to take a look at it so we said go ahead and fix it. They got into it and found a few other issues from possibly previous repairs and had a solution to fix it. They did a beautiful job for only slightly more than the original estimate. Working late on a Saturday to get it finished and back to us. I was impressed with their communication on what they found and an updated estimate. Would highly recommend!

I do want to say that it was the worst experience I've ever had. Never believe a salesperson's promise. They said the car parts would deliver in two days and then I wait for a month and call every day and no one answers. I was shocked when I went to ask for a refund, there was NSF. Later, I called back, the man asked me to go back and give me the cash back. My car is already missing a mirror. It's dangerous to drive on the road, they kept pushing me to go to the store again and again... though the guys are good person, there was a big problem in your management.

Went in after having a scary moment where our brakes were not responding. The receptionist is very sweet and helped us set up a tow, but that's about as good as it got.
Their response time was awful with unreturned calls and many unknowns when we were able to communicate. All the mechanics were willing to do was replace brake fluid, saying there was something wrong with the car but they did not know what. For those who's job is to find problems with cars, they did a poor job.
They lowered the price after seeing we were not happy with the outcome but still took money we do not feel

Super friendly and helpful! I called in on a Sunday for help with some broken turn signal lights. They were the only local auto shop that I could find that was open. The woman who answered said that they usually only take appointments but that they could squeeze me in right away. When I got to the shop the employees were all very friendly and fixed my light right away. They walked me through what they were doing the whole time, explained why they were doing everything, and even showed me what to do if I needed to fix them again in the future. I will definitely be suggesting this place to friends

Terrible experience here had to watch my partner constantly call to check on the status. Then every time they promised a loaner car it either would have a dead battery or somehow never show up. Honestly they are great at baiting you in with a nice enough secretary. But that's it after that. Not only did it take weeks it wasn't fully fixed once he got it back. Glue is not a mechanics tool last time I checked. Never go here save yourself the trouble.

Honestly the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. They took over 6 weeks to fix a minor fender bender. And still haven't completed the job! Would rarely answer the phone and had different finish dates every time we spoke to them. We had to call them just to tell them we are missing a reflector and the front bumper wasn't attached! Not only that but enterprise charged us 1,100$ for the rental because it was estimated a 3 day job and took a month and a half! They took 700$ off our bill! So even though the accident wasn't our fault we had to pay and extra 400$ because of 7 auto body!

-Overall paint / body work : I am happy with how it turned out.
- Inside of car was very dusty and had white dust and hand prints all over (not a huge deal). They have been busy.
- Communication was a huge issue, everyone was super friendly and apologized along the way because they were training someone new and super busy but the communication was an issue the entire time my car was there.
- I was offered a rental car since repairs took longer then planned. I greatly appreciated that!
- I did not get a call with a final estimate before work began on the car, we agreed on a rough estimate

This auto body shop has saved my cars in more ways than I can count. The shop owner is honest as well as the receptionist/ adjuster and gives the best price in town. They are competent and really know what they are doing, from auto body work, mechanical work to paint jobs. They specialize in high end cars when my lexus got side swiped. All around best place in town to bring your vehicle to.

Happy accident that I found this place, damaged my car in the parking lot next door and a girl sitting outside mentioned that she worked at 7 and they could work miracles with deep scratches. That they did! My car looks brand new! I expected it to look like a sad patched scratch but honestly it looks good as new. They also were kind enough to touch up a couple of unrelated scratches that were bothering me. Stellar work, terrific people, and very very reasonable. Thank you Kelsey and crew!

BEST AUTO SHOP EVER! HUGE HELP!!!! I was recently involved in a car accident and when I had informed my insurance agent it took them over a week to contact me with information. I knew I had to go and have my car towed to repair shop so after calling 5 different places I finally called 7 auto repair. Not only do they except any kind of insurance anyone has but they were also able to go and grab my car for me and make an estimate. It was the most stress free, fast processed place I've ever delt with. THANKYOU SO.MUCH 7 AUTO AND KELSEY!

Great Neighborhood friendly feel. Technically my repair went well beyond typical. They were fast, and the paint is immaculate.
This is not a multimillion dollar corporate installation. The people are great, and have a good funky Greenwood /Phinney/Ballard vibe. Professional-around-the-edges, so to speak. Their service is very good, and they are actually quite organized, in spite of the easy going feel.
The body work they do, and particularly the paint work is impeccable on an order I have rarely seen. I recommend this shop to our neighbors, and to anyone.
