I brought my car in for a small fender dent. I was beyond impressed. The communication was amazing, I never felt out of the loop. Mike even reached out to me the week after to confirm everything was going good. The service was quick and seamless. Will continue to go back and will recommend Fleury's from here on out.

I brought my car in for a dent (on the exterior). Although the job was done well, they decided to clean the interior of my already super clean, new car with a product that is ONLY for windows and windshields (confirmed with the manufacturer of the product that this is NOT for other surfaces). The smelly product was used on the doors and on my car seat cushion. I managed to scrub it off the hard surfaces but could not remove it from the cushion. I never got a straight answer but it could be that the employee's clothes were full of it when he sat in the car, or he left the rag on the seat too

My ONLY issue was that in taking apart the trunk for body stretching, they put it back together not fully rewiring everything. The next day I notice my radio comes on but no sound comes out of the speakers. I have an amp in the trunk that got disconnected, forcing me to spend time pulling it back apart

Mike is a lifesaver! I had corroded weld nuts on my car which needed to be fixed before I could install a tow hitch for a cross country move. Many other auto shops wouldn't or couldn't help fix it, luckily Mike was able to get it done in less than an hour!

This shop does beautiful work. My older vehicle was badly rear-ended but mechanically still in solid shape. The first auto body shop I took my car to declared it a total loss. Thankfully, Mike at Fleury's took it on and they did great work to get it repaired. They replaced the hatch back door and matched the color perfectly. It continues to work beautifully several years after the repair.

Mike and team started off my assessment with confidence they were a good shop to use. I had moderate front end damage on a new moderate luxury SUV required a front end replacement. The assessment went quickly, but the repairs were extremely slow (a little under 3 months). This was in large part due to getting the parts in, but also because issues were uncovered during the repair process. Mike was communicative and felt forthcoming the entire time. I managed to pull my front bumper loose on my Toyota - and was not loving the idea of getting my car in for service during quarantine. Was also not loving the thought that I'd be out of a car for a few days - and out of some serious cash. Happily, Mike and his team responded quickly to my initial e-mail and got my car in and out on the same day for a couple hundred bucks. Oh, and they washed it, too! My Honda Civic was stolen and when the police found it there was significant exterior body damage. My insurance didn't cover theft (or damage resulting from theft) and so I had to pay out of pocket. I told Fleury's this and that I was really tight on money. They said they would look for used parts so the repairs would cost as little as possible. They were able to find the parts and they gave me a quote that was probably about half of what it would have been otherwise. I felt that they really went the extra mile to do that for me, and they were very understanding of my situation. Will

I admitidly am a perfectionist when it comes to my car. It's 5 years old but looks brand new. I am SUPER picky about who works on her and I always berate them with a Million questions and pointed statements until I know the shop is a good one before I leave my car there. Mike always so patent with my questions and never talks down to me because I'm a woman. He clearly knows his stuff, no question about that!
Unfortunately people seem to like to run into my baby (2x rear end & 1 t-bone side colision) so this isn't my first rodeo with Mike.. This is the only place I will take my car to for any body

I have used Fleury’s Body Shop for 3 times over the last 10 years. A tree damage to Lexus GX 470 and later body repairs on two different Mercedes. Mike is an honest and professional owner. He does quality work and his prices are a lot better than Corporate Shops.

When I left my car with them to repair I locked it. But they needed to move my car while they waited for parts to arrive and when moved it they THEY LEFT MY CAR UNLOCKED AND IT WAS BURGLARIZED. The thief took everything that wasn't nailed down such as my memory foam seat cover, phone charging cord, reusable grocery bags, umbrella and a few emergency supplies I keep in the car. The worst part was when I told the owner about it and he actually tried to convince me I was not robbed. He said normally when cars are broken into on their property that all the items in the glove box would be

Chose this place because they said they had a window to take my job. work took 1.5 weeks longer than they said it would so I spent $40 per day on ridesharing during that time. Interim updates were NEVER correct and work often bled over into the next week with absolutely no acknowledgement about this inconvenience or that I had taken my car to them in the first place based on this timeline they couldn't keep to.

You never WANT to go to a body shop, but when you have to go Fleury's is the place to go. My wife had to meet the rear end of another car on I-5 in our new Highlander. These new car with all the technology are a true pain when you wreck them. We brought our car to Mike at Fleury's and I have to say it all came out looking like new. I'm so thankful for the work the did to make our car looking like new.

Fleury's did a great job on my husband's car after a collision. We got a quote somewhere else but Fleury's saved us almost $2,000. They were quick and honest and stuck to the quote provided- no surprises. Very satisfied and hope we don't have need of body work again but would definitely come

I was rear ended and came here for a quote. They were advertised as open on Saturdays, and when I arrived there, there was no one in the office, no one answering the phone.
Came back on Monday and was given a quote in a timely fashion. I appreciated Mike's thoroughness, and he made me feel very comfortable and educated me about what needed to be done with my car. I was quoted about 6 hours for the repair. Drop off in the morning and pick up same day.
A piece had to be ordered, and I scheduled an appointment for two weeks

Mike and his group at Fleury's auto repair is the best you can get in Seattle!
The are effective and professional and deal with insurance companies. Every vehicle we have had to bring in looks like NEW when we pick it up. The workmanship is impeccable.

Overall, they have some good things going for them and they seem to have a lot of happy customers per their reviews but we had a mixed experience.
One good thing is they set you up with a rental car and rental shuttle to and from the shop which eliminates a lot of hassle.
