My family has been going to Protech Autobody Repair for years now. I heard about Daniel from car enthusiasts at work - guys with beautiful cars appreciate top-notch body work. Daniel is meticulous, honest and very easy to talk with. He is super honest - he went out of his way to find the cheapest options, such as finding parts in a wrecking yard, for one of our older cars. When I was rear-ended a few weeks ago, I didn't hesitate to pick Daniel to do my repair even though it is a 1 hour+ drive to his shop in Kirkland - he is that good and that honest!

I had my car repaired at Protech, and my dad had his car repaired here a few times. We are always satisfied with the results. All we did was dropping off the car and waiting for a call from Daniel to go pick it up when it was ready. Daniel took care of the insurance, repairs and cleaned the car in and out. We are happy return customers!

This place is 5 star for a reason. Daniel was very responsive over email and provided a quote with the photos I sent. My car had a minor damage on the rear bumper.
The quality of work was excellent. The insurance company sent me a lowball check which didn't cover the expense at any body shop. I enquired at multiple shops and found that Protech had the highest reviews and lowest quote. He also dealt with the insurance company to process the additional charges. The repair work was done in 2 days. Very prompt, honest and responsive.

This man deserves a 5+ star rating. I tried multiple locations to repair my BMW Car, but I settled with Daniel. Here is what he said, "I am the person who is going to work on your car, so the estimates are not going to deviate from the actual unless there is internal damage.". And the fact is it's 100% true when I saw my final bill. Secondly, sticking to the timelines and providing updates about the car. It's fantastic, and I never saw this level of customer care. Daniel at the shop took great care of my Toyota 86! They repaired the damages and he worked with my insurance to get a good supplement and to fix the car quickly. Highly recommended this shop, they do great work. I worked with Daniel. Great customer service, good communication throughout the 2 weeks for repairs. He repaired my front bumper from an accident. Great assistance in getting after market parts to modify my car the way I wanted. Very fair pricing. He even had the car cleaned, detailed and added fuel for me. He really went above and beyond- couldn’t ask for a better experience.
