There is a non-refundable pet fee of $400 for your first pet and $100 for the second and a monthly pet rent of $30 per cat or $50 per dog.
However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds, dogs resembling these breeds, or mixes of these breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.Our community is a breath of fresh air.
