Linden Towers stands in the heart of Bensenville, a 100 year old community which has successfully preserved its country flavor while growing economically with a blend of residential, commercial, and light-industrial neighborhoods. The historic character of the village may be seen in the Old Green Street School and "Old Bensenville, " an area of lovingly cared for homes in the vicinity of Center, Addison, and Green Streets.
White Pines Country Club, with its year round golf and economical yearly pass, the public library, and the Bensenville Community Center offer recreational, research, education, and civil involvement opportunities. A variety of churches, schools, and daycare centers are within walking distance of Linden Towers.

Definitely one of the nicer apartment complexes in the Bensenville area. The facility is always cleaned and the apartments are extremely roomy. The prices might be a little higher than the surrounding area but worth every penny. Their are plenty of great restaurant's within walking distance, and park's for the kids to play at. It's also extremely convenient having the train station and the airport within a mile from each other.

Outdated policy, Frustrated Experience. - -First, when I went visit the apartment, the office staff did not show me the apartment in person as other apartment office staff did, she just told me the apartment number and let me go into this property I had never been before all by myself, and finding & checking out the unit all by myself, nobody went with me. At first I thought the reason the staff let me go by myself maybe because she's not feeling well that day? But eventually I was told, it is their policy to not allow office staff to show applicants the unit because they afraid of the applicants

Great apartments in a location close to O’Hare airport. Apartments are sound proofed. When I used to work midnights, all I heard was airplane noise. I can barely hear the neighbors who live above me. Ceilings are made out of concrete. The apartments themselves are a little pricey though. I only hear the neighbors that live next to me on my floor. Maintenance is great at responding to requests.

I've lived here for a few years now and for the price/location and to be next to a Metra station - you just can't beat this place. It's a secure building with elevated and/or covered parking. Washer/dryer in every unit and some even have fireplaces (not actual heat-producing) but still a nice touch. I've never felt unsafe living here. The staff is very kind. Maintenance responds very quickly; very friendly people. On the con-side, only comment I'd make is there are no tenant appreciation events or anything to really make it a "community" or chance to get to know your neighbors, unless you just

I love this apartment! The building is very clean and has a convenient location next to the Metra station and various restaurants. It's sound-proof to the planes and trains outside as well as to neighboring units. And any work orders I've submitted have been completed within 2 business days. I have nothing but compliments for Linden Towers!
