In order to start an application for this group booking reservation, you need to first select a unit. Completing an application usually takes about 15-20 minutes. Please be aware, if an application is cancelled beyond 48 hours of completion i.e. If the application is denied by agent, applicant will receive a refund of the EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT only, within four (4) weeks of denial.

This is a horrible place to live if you have kids. Once there is a disturbance call placed on you because of your toddler running around in the middle of the day or your tv being too loud before 6, management calls you with a verbal warning and written warning without hearing your side or giving you a chance to explain. They’ll say there have been multiple complaints when it’s the first I’m hearing about it and I’ve been here for 5 years. All kids are different and some may even have a disability. I understand it is their responsibility to address issues to tenants about noise complaints

Apartment management is not good. They charge tenant without any notification. They just charge tenant whatever they want to charge. After move out they send final bill for unpaid bill or damage, i agree with that but they fix apartment first and send us $1000 bill without inform tenant. If tenant did not damage and still tenant has to pay this bill . They charge me for red paint or stain on my carpet which one we did not do it. I checked my apartment when i moved out and there are no red paint and stain on carpet. They might did it whenevery they clean this apartment who knows. Management know

There are ants in the walls. Ants everywhere. I have had to contact extermination over this problem. The model apartment looks great on the tour but the actual apartment that you get, (which you can only see after you sign the lease) is trash and cheap looking. I have to pay $50 extra every month because I needed the kitchen appliances to be updated. I signed the lease because the clubhouse looked nice and the model apartment looked nice, unlike the apartment I received. The windows are very cheap, you can feel the freezing cold air coming through the closed window in the winter

Not sure if residents or resident's visitors keep trashing St. Moritz with overflowing Garbage and fast food packaging in the mailroom, abandoned items, clothes, empty water bottles and other items despite signs put up by residents. Don't know if it is a cultural thing, laziness or intentional littering. Some people do not respect the building as our home.
New hallway carpeting stained and ripped
All IVL property signs are properly lit at night, except the new Finley Road Signs. They do have decorative lights but absolutely no light on the sign face and is extremely hard to see at night.

I've been living at IV for more than ten years and have nothing but positive feedback for the entire location and staff. My neighbors are courteous and I've made many friends here. The maintenance crew is amazing—24-hour response times and they know your name! Two beautiful pools, six tennis courts, sand-volleyball, and I never see the police! A great place to live.

Stay away from this place. This will be best for you and your family. This complex is ran by scammers.
- Staff is ignorant and unprofessional. We've lived here for less than a year and had to move out because of unsafe conditions.
- Neighboor across the hall was a victim of domestic violence atleast once every two weeks. We've called police and office numerous times and nothing was done about this.
- Neighbors upstairs were smoking pot and our entire bedroom smelled like weed. Let the office know and once again nothing was done.
- Our Amazon packages would constantly go missing; we

If you decide to apply here I would definitely recommend seeing Miriam in the office. She was amazing at helping me and my husband find an apartment for us and our baby. She also helps as much as she can with answering all our questions just about 24/7. She is super accommodating and speaks both Spanish and English which is a plus as my husband only speaks Spanish. She was able to explain everything in a way that both of us could understand. I cannot recommend her enough.

I love my apartment home at International Village Lombard. Annie is AWESOME!!! She worked with me from the time of my first phone call to IV. She made the rental process fun, relaxing, and easy. The entire office team was very NICE, PLEASANT, and HELPFUL. They made me feel like I was at home here. This is a five star apartment home community. So happy to be here.

Unfortunately in Lombard there are not a lot of good places to rent. So after careful consideration we rented here. Having a dog and kids, one of the things that had us concerned was the carpet. The complete apartment has carpet. When we asked about it, the leasing agent told us that "every time someone moves out we change the carpets". We took this as it wasn't going to cost us the deposit or any extra charges. Well, we thought wrong!!. Something they don't tell you in the contract is that the carpet has a life span of 5 years for property which means that if for some reason

INFESTED WITH RATS AND ROACHES. Water leaks in bathrooms, everything breaks easily place is so old. Kitchen design is horrendous, there's carpet in the dining room table so you can't mop or sweep under the table. Packages get stolen management doesn't care gives you attitude says it's not their problem. Hallways stink, Garages are old barely work and are a hazard. Can't wait until my lease expires!!

I completed an application and did not receive a response for over a week. When I asked for my fees back because I had not received a response to my numerous calls, I was told that refunds are not given after 48 hours. I explained that my application had not been accepted and they still refused to refund my fees. The staff were rude and intentionally defrauded me. After I was told no, I received a message that my application was being reviewed.

I have lived there for 2 weeks, I was going to attend Midwestern University which was about 10 minutes away from the apartment. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to vacate the apartment. I was accepted to Pacific university located in the state of Oregon last minute, which was a program of my first choice and the I have presented this information to management, I was told that hence I have signed the lease with the termination addendum, I had to abide by that lease.
There was no intention from the start of me leaving this apartment. I have gone to the office multiple times to discuss

We have been living here since the beginning of 2014. In the beginning, we were very impressed by the amount of amenities this lease came with. There clubhouse had two swimming pools, one being heated and open round the year, a sufficient gym, free exercise classes and lots of other perks. The apartment buildings look like old European villages. Quite an ambiance.
The bedrooms are large, huge to be precise. But the kitchen is tiny to the level that it feels like two different apartments. How could a bedroom that size comes with a kitchen so small. No storage at all. There is no utility closet

Wish I could give zero stars, the management suffers from superiority complex, the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and they just make you stand whenever you are in the leasing office. I don't know what they think of themselves but they treat their customers like insects, I hope they understand that they have their jobs because of us. This is the WORST EXPERIENCE that I ever had in the US.
Regarding the apartments, its OK to stay but not that great for what you pay. Don't just go by the website, lot of money is spent on the clubhouse rather then the apartments, once you enter the actual apartments

This was the WORST experience of my entire life. Please do your research and due diligence before giving this place your hard earned money. For what you pay, there are much nicer complexes out there.
The entire leasing staff at IV is less than stellar and unfortunately, extremely dishonest and downright rude. It boggles my mind that a bunch of grown women can still act that caddy. What a way to make people uncomfortable. The sideways glances with quiet laughter, the completely ignorant attitudes...(and no, I am not insecure, this is how they REALLY act). Quite sad, honestly.

DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU WANT TO LIVE IN PEACE. We moved in January 2016 and have had nothing but issues with our neighbors. They are extremely disrespectful, letting their kids run up and down the hallways screaming and playing games. The smell is nothing but curry and the most disgusting spices I have ever smelled and they eventually end up coming into your apartment due to the very thin front door. You can see cracks and light through our front door due to the cheapness of the material. The walls are SO PAPER THIN you can hear conversations of your neighbors and anytime they close a cabinet door

I've been living at IV for a very long time (+5 years) and was very surprised to read some of these angry reviews... I've never NEVER had a problem with bugs. My neighbors appear friendly and courteous. My AC/Heat unit works great in all seasons. The maintenance crew responds to requests in 24 hours and they've kept my apartment up-to-date with improvements throughout my tenancy. I don't work there, have no connection to IV, but it's been a good home to me for many years. Very friendly staff. And incredible facilities...

My friend used to live here so I visited from time to time. The layout is nice and wide open but my friend had a couple complaints.
First, the laundry was not in-unit. Residents must go out into the hallway to find the laundry room.
Second, he said the walls were very thin. He said he would often hear a lot of noise and smell a lot of different meals being cooked.

Many years ago I lived here. First time I ever saw a bug in my home. Won't get into specifics but it was a bad experience that I wish on anyone. Research this place before taking the plunge. There was also another time when cops raided an apartment there. Again not a great experience at all. Hopefully they cleaned it up but from what I heard this bug problem won't just go away without some serious extermination.

I'd like to add to all of the other horrible reviews of International Village. This was, by far, the worst place I have ever lived.
When they take you around to look at the apartments, they will show you an apartment that they don't rent to people, so of course it's in tip-top shape. It looks roomy, but once you move in, you'll quickly realize there is hardly any space. There were two of us living in an apartment, and we had to keep things on the table
