DO NOT LIVE at Westmore Apartments. My apartment was loaded with black mold. Every bedroom had it along with the family room. They would clean it and it would grow back. Black, slimy and furry. My children and I developed terrible allergy symptoms while living there. I kept breaking out in huge itchy welts. We all had severe sinus issues while living there. I had to find a new place to live immediately. They said they would give me back my security deposit and I could break my lease early. THEY LIED. They won’t give me my money back now that I’ve moved. I've lived and continue to live at Westmore Apartments for about a year and a half now. The rent is affordable and the location is close to where I go to graduate school. Whenever I need maintenance done, I would contact the leasing office and Stephanie and Jennifer always help me by quickly getting back to me with sending maintenance to fix my issues. The maintenance crew, Don and Dan, are always kind, quick, and helpful with fixing my issues. Stephanie and Jennifer have also been accomodating and helpful with any questions or concerns I might have.

Been here for 5plus years now, We have lived very comfortable. Anytime I have had to call for maintenance or with any questions it has always been positive. This morning I spoke with Jennifer (always pleasant and happy to help) about a minor problem. Just hours later Don arrived and took care of the problem while taking time to explain how this could be prevented in the future. Thanks for the tip and quick fix.
Great place to live! Nice to have someone to call if the is a problem who cares and resolve the situation. In my experience has always been in a timely manner.

They have already deleted/edited this review twice. The grounds here are beautiful. The tenants are friendly, welcoming and compassionate. Unfortunately the problem is the staff. Not just one but All of them are lying thieves. Cops have been here twice now on behalf of lies. Illegal breaking and entering. Not sure what's going on. In my own home. I know they are understaffed and don't want to lose their jobs. All they have to do is ask for help. See the video for yourself:

From all the previous reviews, the management is still the same. They are terrible and I will be specific about one point in regarding the way the complex is run. "On the nickel." Everything is done cheaply while trying to squeeze every dime out of the tenants for every dime. The parking lot is in need of repair, and despite all of the now "prime" spaces for rent (uncovered) there is no improvement. Personally, I never seen any management group try so hard to tow cars. I've seen this in action. The lot is set up to make parking difficult taking many spaces for extra
