We offer a house watch program to cover the property while you are travelling or away on vacation. Do you have a vacation rental? Do you need a management service to handle the flipping of the house in between vacation renters?. We offer a variety of services for vacation rentals, including VRBO rentals, with a competitive monthly fee.
View your financial statements, access shared documents, and set up your online payment options. The online Owner Portal streamlines communication, protects your investment, and helps you maximize the value of your properties. Make and receive payments from the mobile-friendly Online Portal. Directly send funds for owner contributions, including emergency maintenance repairs, renovations, or reserves via eCheck or Debit Card.
A copy of your insurance binder, submitted to us from your agency. A photocopy will be accepted on a temporary basis, until an official copy is received from your insurance agency. However, we do require an official copy within a reasonable period of time. All insurance binders must clearly identify date of expiration and the type/amount of insurance carried.

FRAUDULENT !!! Awful communication, will scam you out of your money. It has been almost 4 months since we moved out of one of the properties this company manages and they still haven’t answered any of my calls or emails. The property was repainted with matching paint and it seems like they are trying to charge us damages from previous tenants. I have pictures as evidence of how the house was left before moving out as well as a notice explaining the fraudulent charges. I will be seeing you all in court.

I've had business dealings with Magnolia Property Mngmt since before there were Starred Reviews. And thank God "for them" because beck on those days it would've easily been a 1-Star. BUT!!!! But, lemme tell you ... here lately I have been so blown away and so impressed with the QUALITY and QUICK RESPONSE time since Andra has come on board. I was inspired today to write this Review because FACT ... I JUST called her YESTERDAY about the hedges on the dog walk that have gone wild and overlooked by the landscaping company and TODAY as I'm walking my dogs I didn't get slapped in the face by branches

I'm happy to see that Magnolia Property Management is carrying forward with the great service which was given to my rental property for nearly twenty years. I'm excited that they have a new website which is more efficient and functional than the last one, plus they are now using Appfolio for their online services.
