Services
Gross income must meet or exceed 3 times the monthly rent to qualify for the property you are interested in. IE: You must have $3000 gross income (verifiable) in order to qualify for $1000 a month rental. If you must have a co-signer they will need to fill out the application with you or fill out a separate application at a later date.

After paying 200.00 for application fee we were told that they chose other applicants fine. I simply asked Maria Zayas for a reason for why we were denied and she completely cut off all contact. Like seriously you people need to at least give us that. Stay away and don't get scammed like we did!

If you are a renter DO NOT rent from this company. They knowingly rented an apartment to me with a broken AC unit. They refuse to replace the unit without owner consent. They are either not doing enough to reach out to the owner, or not reaching out at all, because I have lived here for 10 months. Out of the 8 times that someone has come out to “fix” the AC unit, multiple people have told me that they have been “fixing” this leak for over a year. This means that they knew that the unit needed to be replaced before renting out to me. What an untrustworthy and shady way to run a business

I was put in a situation that cause my family to have to move in a matter of days. I found a townhome with CFRP Realty and did my application immediately and their representatives was prompt. I was told that the HOA portion of the application could take two weeks and I explained to Alicja my families situation and she did everything in her power to help speed up the process. What was post to take 2 weeks only took 4 days. Thank you so much CFRP Realty and especially Alicja for helping my family in this very stressful time!

My fiancee and I were just recently approved for an apartment that is managed by CFRP Realty, and we love it! CFRP made the process quick and easy. Upon applying, we were approved within a day! As this is my fiancee and I's first time applying for an apartment, we naturally had a lot of questions. CRFP was very helpful in walking us through the application process. Lori Joy, the property manager we were assigned to, has been friendly and responsive during the entirety of the application process as well! I would definitely recommend renting a property managed by CFRP Realty.

Now unfortunately like many others my review will sound as if I am a disgruntled tenant and sadly enough yes I am one, however, I am purely disgruntled from a place a maturity and objectivity.
