You qualify if you own a vacant, unfurnished, residential home or condo and are looking for long term renters. Our ability to highly vet tenants and create personal relationships result in long term leases which means greater ROI for you! We also manage rental properties in Altamonte Springs, Lake Mary, Maitland, Sanford, and other cities in Seminole and Orange Counties.
Because in today's market, management cannot be a part-time effort nor can it be safely placed in the hands of untrained, under qualified personnel. Because we are effective communicators, able to empathize with management issues related to time and money. Because we are committed to providing prompt, personal service that treats each owner and client simply with the individual care and attention they deserve.
In most cases, we have found that our fees are more than offset by our ability to obtain higher rents, less delinquency, and faster turnaround of vacating tenants. We also maintain a pool of qualified and licensed repair people who offer us the best price available, due to the large volume of business we can offer them.

My Family and I would love to take the time to thank Dinah Zessin for her prestige service in such a short time frame. We expressed our urgency to Dinah and she made her own sacrifices to make sure our family had a beautiful home. We signed the lease a week ago and she still contacts us to make sure everything is lined up for us and if we have any questions.

I just signed my first lease with Russell Properties today, and I cannot begin to describe how helpful and amazing Dinah has been to me and my roommate. She’s incredibly nice, has been very quick with us working on a short timeframe, and has honestly been a total lifesaver through the whole process. Cindi Shaffer is our property manager, she is the best! She truly looks out for the homeowner by insuring we have great tenants, quality landscape and excellent maintenance. She is prompt in getting back with, and I mean prompt! She almost always answers her phone and if not she returns your call the same day. I have been renting with Russell Properties since 2018. We were assigned a property manager Dinah, not only is she super kind but immediately takes care of any issues or repairs that come up. She also has worked with us along with owner of property we rent from when it came to needing rent not to be raised. My husband had to have major back surgery and Dinah spoke with home owner to discount the rent for a few months while my husband was on leave from work, we so much appreciated how she went to bat for us in a time of need. I give her 5 stars for her stellar abilities as a property manager.

The entire office staff is very friendly and accommodating and adhere to any concerns promptly and efficiently. My property manager contact is Dinah Zessin and she is remarkable!!!!! I believe she must wok 24/7 due to her timley responses to emails and any situation which may occur. Dinah is such a hard worker and her dedicaition to tenants receiving the very best service is impeccable. Thanks everyone for all your hard work and commitment which is greatly appreciated.

My experience with R.Russell Properties has been a great one from beginning to end. They keep you well informed from your move -in-day to Move-out-day. I had been with R.Russell Properties since 2016 (4 years). Russell team is very responsive and stay on top of everyday issues including assisting me in leasing another property recently with speed, efficiency and care.
