I didn't want to hassle with an insurance company after being broadsided by another motorist (and then pitched forward head on into a tree!) as I was more concerned with my recovery while also working my demanding full-time job. I can not thank Mr. Berenson and his staff enough! I was very nervous and hesitant on getting an attorney for my auto accident, but they walked me through every step. They answered any and all questions I had, and they were very thorough in explaining everything to me in detail. I knew what was going on every step of the way during my case. Last September my wife was injured in an accident with a semi-truck that had blocked the road completely and the driver was not in the truck. She had surgery the next day. How do I put into words the gratitude for Bill Berenson and his entire team? From the beginning I was taken care of as a human being first, client second. I hired mr berenson to help when I was hit in a car accident. I had gone to the emergency room and at the beginning received a small bill for x-ray and pregnancy test. No other bills were sent to me. After a few months, mr berenson "won" me a settlement and said they had covered the bills and there were no other bills outstanding "that they're aware of". They also offered me a gift card to write a good review about his office which I did. 2 months later I received a 3200$ bill from the hospital. The hospital said they had sent it to the attorney. This bill is now in collections
