Along with being a home inspector, I am also an ICC certified Building Inspector for the city of Bellevue. I am qualified to perform both 'final' and 'phase' inspections on new construction builds. I see homes as they are built through all phases of the process. I am responsible for passing or failing the contractors work on each step before the next phase can begin.

Grade A Home Inspection is awesome when it comes to attention to detail and very knowledgeable on houses. They even went above and beyond by showing me as a first time home buyer how to use different components of the house I didn't know how to use. We chose grade a home inspection to inspect a home we were preparing to purchase. Dustin was very complete and thorough on his inspection and left nothing out. He walked us through the house after he had completed the inspection and went over everything that needed attention. He also provided us a very detailed, professional and easy to understand written report of all the inspection items inside the house. Dustin was prompt, courteous and answered all of our questions. Dustin was very professional and prompt. He got our (my husband and I) home inspection filled out and sent to us the same day. We are out of state so we trusted his thorough inspection and we were not disappointed! Dustin was available for me to call so we could talk through the inspection, since we were not able to be there. He took great measure explaining everything I didn’t understand. He was very patient with me as well. We also had Radon testing done, and The company he typically uses wouldn’t come out as far, he found a company that would. Even though that company cost more he only charged

Grade A home inspections inspected two homes for my wife and I during our home buying process. The first home he saved us from buying a major problem home. Both times the inspector was very thorough and was very timely. Within two days notice he had the inspection done. He was very friendly and even followed up with us on both homes a couple of weeks after the inspection!

Very professional, he explained everything in simple terms that my wife could understand. Gave both the positives, and the issues with the house. Showed why the issues needed to be addressed and which ones needed to be addressed first . I would use him again, his printouts with the pictures were very beneficial, which saved us money on our electrical issue. Dustin was great to work with, and made sure when the repairs were completed, he would check to see if they were corrected. Again, I would use him again, his price was very fair.
