I just purchased a home in Omaha. Living in San Diego the past 47 years I had come to expect a long and tedious time to get my home inspected prior to signing the closing papers . How wrrong was I. I feel like I won the “inspection” lottery. Bob Corsini came out and inspected the home and the vey next day gave me the news. He not only went over every detail concerning my new “old” house, but assured me that by the time he was done inspecting my home, he would know it better than me. Bob was nice to work with and knowledgeable about many things when it came to getting our first home inspected. He made us feel confident in the purchase, perhaps too confident. Many issues Bob noted as being simple fixes turned out to have larger causes which ended up being very costly to fix and were easily noticeable upon second observation. Bob also missed bat infestation of over a year citing that the attic had no evidence of infestation. Within the first week of living in our new home it was easy to notice the damage done by the pests to the attic and internal ceiling. Overall we learned

We had Bob come out to our home upon a recommendation from our realtor when we were purchasing our home. Bob was prompt and thorough; he was extremely helpful in his advice on how to go about getting the immediate issues resolved as well as some advice for future things to prepare for.
Additionally, we had some roof repair work done that created many problems for us upon completion, so he graciously came back out to inspect everything that was done and advised us on how to proceed and what needed the roofer's immediate attention.

Bob was wonderful to work with. Scheduling a next business day appointment for a home I was purchasing was great! He went over everything and made sure to leave me with knowledge of different home systems should anything arise in the next 10 years with my home. He made sure that I knew our transaction didn't end when he walked out the door but that he is always available to assist. He even listened to my dream projects for the home and let me know how to accomplish them or a more realistic way to make something similar happen.

Bob was very professional and great to work with. He spent a lot of time going over the house and what his recommendations are. He even came back to view the attic. The seller had it closed off so he was not able to do it when we scheduled the inspection. His Infrared camera was a great help as well. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great price and detailed inspection.

As a first time buyer I was dependent on Bob with Corspect to do a thorough inspection so I could chose to buy or not to buy the home. Per his inspection the home seemed sound. I found so many things after I moved in and other things I came to notice after living in the home for awhile that were either missed or not checked that I've come to realize I bought a money pit. I am so sad, I don't know how I'm going to afford the costly repairs and the ramifications if I'm unable to make the repairs in a timely manner. If I ever buy another home I'm going to get multiple
