I would not move here unless I ran out of options. I deeply regret choosing this apartment. The maintenance staff here is poor, and management truly doesn’t care whether your appliances work or not. They’ll charge you over $2,000 for a 2/2 but then leave you without a running dishwasher for weeks, ants in the laundry room, and a leak in your closet. It looks nice on the outside, but looks are deceiving.

My experience with Drew has been wonderful! From the moment I stopped by to see if any units were available, our interactions helped tremendously in making a decision about where I would like to my home to be. I dropped in on a Saturday without an appointment, and he took the time to discuss options, show me 2 vacant units, and has been great throughout the application process. I am still pending approval, but am very excited to begin my next chapter at Century. Thank you, Drew!

I’m helping my father look for an apartment and spent some time recently looking at the Sydney 2/2. Drew, the assistant manger, was funny, smart, and made the tour so personable. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about Century Bartram park. His great attitude definitely has helped to make these apartments stand out from the other potential others.

As a realtor, I’m very impressed with the quality and services offered by Century Bartram Park. It’s not just the property is well kept, modern and clean but also it’s provide security to its residents. Horrible service from management and the front office staff. My husband spoke to them about breaking the lease because of a transfer and even if we don’t break the lease we will be leaving when the lease is up. The staff confirmed the conversation but would not admit to us stating we were leaving. If we’re calling to break the lease why would you… think we would extend the lease? Now management wants to charge us for a complete other month after move out because their staff didn’t communicate to them or send us a notice to vacate. Basically it’s our fault so we should

I love that the grounds are well kept. The maintainence staff is very helpful when needed. I live on the bottom floor so my neighbors above me are loud at times other than that it’s a good place to live.

Terrible communication with the staff!!! I have been emailing and calling every day for 2 weeks!!! No call back, no email. I was trying to do a transfer before the 1st!!!! What are we suppose to do if you can’t talk to anyone! My lease is up in May! I am now going to ask for an early termination of lease!!! I can not take the chance of trying to transfer, renew! If you don’t pay by the 3rd they w evict you. Whether you talk with them or not! This is unbelievable!!!!

Maintenance is so fast! We just submitted a low priority request online a few hours ago, and they just finished fixing it about 5 minutes ago. They keep trying different fixes until it's working correctly, and it never takes more than a few minutes to fix!
I will say the only issue we've had is with the system they used to send out the landlord reference letters during the application process. I'm not docking them any points because they did send it out multiple times, but it appears the system they use for applicant screening had a bug. However, we were able to get it sorted out and moved in

Poor management and front staff. Fail to return phone messages, emails or pick up phone calls. Experienced a recent incident where gates exiting complex were open during the day and one side of the gate closed causing damages on vehicle of about $750.00. A maintenance man witnessed incident - confirmed with office staff that the gate just… randomly closed on vehicle and was malfunctioning. While both employees confirmed it was property issue management would not speak to resident and employees together and claimed a different story although management was not present at time of incident

Been living here for two years. Been trying to reach out to the front office about fixing repairs before move-out and have not gotten a single response (because they want to charge me more for it after I have moved out). Very unprofessional and unethical.

Management and service has greatly declined in my experience over the past few months. Phone messages are not returned, emails are not responded too, and phones are rarely answered. The office has limited hours due to covid so the only way to have contact is through phone number and email.
Recently had an incident where a gate closed on a guest vehicle as we were driving through. It was witness by maintenance who confirmed that it was shocking as gate was wide open and then just one side closed as we went through. This witness shared information with office staff and due to it being a holiday

Very nice community full of great friendly people. I like to hang out around the ponds on sunny days or just get out meet others and say hello. We are located in an excellent area with so many choices for food and shopping and also close to 95 which makes getting around so easy.

If you want to pay $1500 or more for a 2 bedroom apartment, but live next to trashy neighbors, go for it. My lease is up in August and we refuse to sign another lease. The grounds are constantly dirty. Some neighbors are extremely loud and rude all hours of the day and night. I constantly hear couples fighting and arguing. Parents literally yelling… at their kids as if they are oblivious to the fact they are out in public and have neighbors. Ever since the new management company took over, it has been completely trashed. No one cleans up after their dogs and young “adults” are

The new company was very slow to make a transition with their payment portal. When all staff was replaced there was little or no communication from management regarding policies, payment, trash pick up, etc. The overall vibe has chilled and we are left with grounds littered with debris and the front gate that only opens part way. Residents are allowed to shade their balcony with shower curtains. Seriously? Will probably be looking elsewhere when my lease is up.

Wonderful place to live, whether you are single or a family. I feel very safe inside a true gated community. Strong police presence. Fun playground for the kids situated inside a courtyard that gets no through traffic. Kids ride their bikes and scooters around the loop. Filled out a service request last night and it was fixed this morning before the office even opened! Welcoming staff. Several layouts to accommodate any living situation. Why aren't you living here, too?

I love living at The Luxe at Bartram Park. The office staff are always smiling and ready to assist you. Whether in person or on the phone, I have never had a bad experience. The maintenance staff are welcoming. They wave when you see them on their carts out and about the community. Each time I have placed a work order they are always completed the… same day, sometimes within the hour. I have recommended and will contiue to recommend this community in the future. It is a quiet community with plenty of amenities for one to enjoy. I especially love the valet trash pick up. NO more having to

I moved in when this was the luxe and it was fantastic I even renewed my lease which I never do, but since the take over by century I have had nothing but problems with the resident portal for rent payment and also issues that have since gone unresolved with the grounds of the complex. I would not recommend the apartment complex any longer, and I know I will not be renewing my lease again.
