Brian is an honest, patient, and caring agent who helped us find our first home !
We must have looked at two dozen homes or so and Brian happily met us at each one within a reasonable amount of time, sometimes even the day of ! He was on the ball with sending us homes within our price range knowing that they were going to go fast. He was honest about flaws and saw potential in the ugly or worn down. He didn't try to oversell anything and was definitely listening to what we wanted and didn't care for. I apologized so many times for making him work so hard and he never once made me feel bad about

Brian made selling our house so easy. He had the house staged, cleaned, photographed and sold in no time. All of Brian's 3rd party contractors from staging, touch-up painters, photographers, and cleaners were professional and quick. When we listed the house I took our kids on a week vacation and the house was under contract before I got home. So easy.

Brian is an amazing Relator! We bought our first home in Portland a few years ago when doing virtual showings was not in vogue. Brian was wonderful at walking through homes so we could rule them out prior to my husbands trip to Portland. When my husband traveled to Portland for the inspection of the first house we had under contract we were presented with previously undisclosed structural engineering reports about the foundation. Brian gave us fast and honest advice to break contract and keep looking. He then proceeded to drive my husband all over to see some 20

I moved to Portland 4 years ago and lived in the Pearl. Wanted to be somewhere walkable. Went to a lot of open houses and searched Zillow. I had inquired about a few places but Brian was the ONLY agent to offer to pick me up and show me what was available. I never looked back. He showed me different neighborhoods that might appeal to me. I ended up finding my first house as he mailed fliers out in a neighborhood I liked and people responded.
