At Cohen & Cohen, P.C., we are always interested in discussing lateral moves with attorneys who have experience and would like to join our team. Description: We are looking for an attorney with 3+ years of experience within the field of domestic relations. The ideal candidate also will have experience in general civil litigation, bankruptcy, and other civil matters such as contracts and small business.
You are free to park in the visitor lot out front for 2 hours. Alternatively, you may choose to park on the street which is never full. Some clients also will park in the Best Buy lot. Parking isn't a problem (one of the big reasons why we aren't downtown). Handicapped access is through the main door to the building just to the south of the lobby.
From I-25 to the South: Take exit 9 on to Lincolnway. At Lincolnway turn left and continue until Capitol Avenue. At Capitol Avenue turn left and drive two blocks and the building will be on your right with parking to the north. Private parking lot is adjacent to the building to the north. There is abundant parking for clients available during all business hours.
We work with Chapter 7, 11, & 13 bankruptcy in Denver and statewide in Colorado, including business, medical, Colorado real-estate law, and credit card bankruptcies. I reached out to Robert Cohen to assist me in a chapter 7 bankruptcy.
I feel that my case case was not your standard ch7. I had about a $150000 in personal debt between myself and my wife plus about one and a 1/2 million in business debt for 2 separate businesses. There was also some grey areas in regard to my lack of knowledge in the way I was running my business prior, so there was a lot going on with my case.

Please use caution here. I was referred to this firm by my business attorney. When I called, a young secretary answered, and when I identified myself, she surprisingly started interviewing me... I indicated that I would prefer to share my company's business with an attorney, and she excused herself and when she came back, she claimed that she had spoken with the attorney, and since I am not certain what I want to do next (Which is the exact reason anyone, including myself calls an attorney) the attorney said that I would need to pay for an hour of his time, in advance to speak with him

I worked with Alex Musz at Cohen & Cohen, P.C. for a divorce that was already in-progress. Alex was able to be extremely effective with little information up front and get up-to-speed very fast. In my view, Alex has superior negotiation ability in addition to deep knowledge of the law. Cohen and Cohen has been there for me for many legal issues I have had in the past five years. I would not pick another law firm for my legal issues besides Cohen and Cohen. They are patient, kind, and priced very well. Rob, Erica and Ryan are very good attorneys and give sound advice. Rob is one of the most honest, reliable attorneys I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I filed my bankruptcy here and they did such an excellent job.
