Lived there about 2011 to 2014, bad experiences were normal, after original management staff left. Problems on move in sheet were never addressed/fixed when we moved out, but rent went up each year. Four of the items they put our move out sheet for us to pay for when we left. Thankfully I am now a home owner and no longer in need of apartment rental

I've been living in forrest pines for some time now and it's getting worse and worse parking wise. People making their own parking spaces parking wherever they feel and when I brought it to rental offices attention she told me to call police and would not do anything. This is getting outrageous due to me being handicapped and having someone's car I've never seen parked in a handicapped spot or the spot next to me which isn't even a parking spot. Please if you care about your residents please go back to enforcing parking rule. This is outrageous

I have lived in this apartment since June 2019. Since I’ve moved I’ve had problems especially with BUGS . I wanted to move out earlier this year, I was told I could over the phone but when I asked for them to send it in an email I was told I had to pay 3 months rent. Within the past week I’ve seen THREE bugs in my house, 2 crickets & a roach after I JUST sprayed my house last week. I mopped my floors last week & but put bleach in my water. I’m far from dirty so I’m not sure where the heck these bugs are coming from but I’m tired of it. I love where the complex is located but when it

I am giving 4 stars because I love the location of this apt complex... stores & businesses everywhere! The staff are very compassionate about the tenants & extremely helpful! The place is clean ... meaning no unwelcomed pests/insects.. which is a big one for me! The apt is quaint & just the right size!

I've lived out here in Forrest Pines Since 2012 And I Just Love It Here. Never Have I Ever Had An Issue With Anything. The Staff Is Very Nice And WELCOMING !!!! Kai And Myra Are Wonderful And Such A Joy To See When Ever I Enter The Office. Never Had An Issue With Bugs Or Rodents. The Maintenance Crew Dale And Richard Are Very Prompt Whenever A Issue Arises, And They Also Keep The Grounds In Immaculate Condition. Very Military Friendly !!! I Would Definitely Recommend This Property To Anyone Looking For A Place To Call Home.......

I stayed out there in 2007 when it was Courthouse. They gave me an apartment that someone pushed their move date back. But their washer and dryer was already in it. They still charged me a fee for the washer and dryer. Then damaged the floor removing the washer and dryer. Which I got charged for. Then I let them know that the wheel was messed up on the screen to the sliding door. I got charged for it as well. Over all it's a nice quiet area. Well when I stayed out there it was. Just wasn't worth the money at the time

I currently live here and it's really nice u get good closet space 1br his her closet 2br walk in really big closet the prices are very good the town homes are expensive. The really bad part about them are the very thin walls I live in the second floor thank god or else I would probably give it one star but the interior, but you can hear everything from the front door when people leave or enter there homes if your in the hallway outside u can hear perfectly conversations from your neighbors but it's not like your going to be hanging out there but the disturbing part is right now I don
