Trinity CPM, LLC (Trinity) was formed with the purpose of bringing quality real estate property management to the Trinity River region of North Texas, a belief in the core concepts of teamwork and cooperation between multiple parties toward a common goal, and the culmination of three areas of expertise to lead in the company effort.

Benjamin received his Bachelor of Science from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas. Benjamin received the coveted CCIM designation in 2009. In addition to his service with the Trinity company, Benjamin also runs an active brokerage team in the Dallas/Ft.
Chris graduated from Baylor University in 1989 with a B.B.A. in Real Estate and Marketing and has since been in the North Texas Commercial Real-Estate Management field. Despite this well rounded background, further education is on-going. Chris is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), a designation bestowed by the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Property management is often a thankless business. So, when we get compliments or accolades for a job well done, we've decided to start sharing them with folks so you can see that our customers and clients trust our services too. Being a remote owner of a mall that I am "too far away to manage" is sometimes difficult.
