Eric began his legal career in 2009 as a paralegal for his father Steven. This experience taught Eric the intricacies of estate planning through drafting countless wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other legal documents. As a naturally analytical problem solver with an acute attention to detail, Eric found that law, and specifically estate planning, was a perfect fit for his skill set.
Joelle is the heart, soul, and voice of Davidson Estate Law. As the firm's first responder she takes great pride in personally knowing all of her clients and assuring them that we really do care and will be there in good times and not-so-good times. Joelle has been married to Steve since 1972 and her wonderful sons are Ryan, Eric, and Scott.

Excellent communication and professional results! Eric took time with me and explained the steps in creating a trust. This was my second attempt in establishing a trust. The first lawyer had me so confused and he never totally completed what he said he would. He also was not responsive to any of my phone calls. Needless to say, I was petrified to hire another lawyer and dreaded re- working what I had (unsuccessfully) accomplished the first time. Thank you Eric ! I am very pleased with what we created. We did our family trust with Eric Davidson. As you can imagine, we were nervous doing it during the pandemic. He was very responsive and understanding. He did several joint calls with us and spent hours explaining the process and determining our needs. He was personable and patient. He was also flexible about doing the trust signing at our home (outside). His office staff are very friendly and it was easy to pick up our completed trust at the office.
