We had been trying to buy a house for 5 years when we met Ryan and Tracie. We are delighted with our new La Jolla home. We connected in a somewhat random way, by clicking on properties that were interesting. Soon, we were communicating regularly with Ryan as he selected properties that met our search criteria. Before too long, we targeted our search to La Jolla and arranged a site visit. Tracie was so helpful and responsive during the entire process of buying and selling our home. She kept the negotiation process moving and helped us to make the tough decisions. I had a fantastic experience with Tracie. She found me a nice condo in Pacific Beach near my daughter and two grandsons. I was not familiar with the area since my primary residence is in Manhattan Beach. She took the time to show me around. Due to her fast diligence, I was able to get the condo even after competing with two other offers. She is still helping me with the painter, handyman etc.... I would highly recommend her!
