I lived in Avalon from 2010 to 2021. In the beginning they were well kept apartments. This lasted to 2019. They lost the best Manager. That's when the place went down hill. They could not keep Management or maintenance people. So no work was getting down to the apartments. My apartment was flooding by the a contract air-condition company after the flood in my apartment it wasn't livable due to the carpet being wet they was trying to dry it for a month. I had to call the the main office to get things rolling I was credited after I complained loudly. Then trash was back up at the trash

If I could give this apartment no stars I would. I have lived here for two years and I think the neighbors get worst and worst. I have 3 active complaints on the neighbor that lives above me, but nothing is being done about this. The neighbors excuse is that if the property knew her and her children were going to be a problem they should have moved her on the first floor. This whole experience with this is exhausting and affecting my mental health. I believe in being civil when you live places. If you or anyone you know are planning to move here please ask for a third or fourth floor apartment

Avalon is THE WORST place to live, I have been staying here for two years. They don't come and fix anything in your apartment. You have to keep calling them to actually get someone or something done.They change management every few months and they want their money but don't want to do nothing in return.

I moved in and experienced carpet Beatle larva less then 48hrs after moving in. I stuck them to some tape and showed the leasing agent the following week. They told me to show pest control the following week when they come for their monthly treatment, they came and I showed them the larva. They confirmed it was that and said what they spray will treat it. A week goes by and still am seeing them. I tell the leasing office and they said the pest control they use didn’t tell them about this. I said that’s not my issue that they don’t communicate with you. 4 days later I was given badly needed

Thursday's Bible Study is really good. Ministers are members of Macedonia Christian Ministries on Cusseta Rd. Every year the ministry provide Thanksgiving meals to the complex and local community. Minister Guillory and Min Kendrick always get everyone involved and has great teaching for the children too. Come join us; Thursday's @ 6:30 p.m.

Moved in 2yrs ago and I really do like living here, office staff Penny & Kim are wonderful. They are very respectful and concerned about your needs, whenever I need maintenance done, I call and they send them right on over to fix what needs to be done. I have never had any issues with living here besides a disrespectful neighbor above me that didn’t know how to keep the noise level down, and they took care of that issue, but other then that I have had no issues with staff or their maintenance crew. The ladies in the office do a amazing job at making sure we are safe and that security is on point
