The landing was great when we moved in. We lived here for a year with no issues. When it came time to move out all of the hidden fees became prudent. We turned in our notice to vacate 2 months prior to leaving the complex and we were told to come and sign more forms for move out when we were available. When I came in to get the forms I asked if they were time sensitive and when I needed to have them turned in. I was told they were NOT time sensitive and to turn them in when you get a chance. Two weeks later I received a phone call saying that I would be paying rent 14 days past the end of our lease

Edit: Typos
The area suffers from a huge parking issue like every one says and it's no better now for most. They bill themselves a luxury apartment but I don't think that fits. The pool is small, the "gym" is more a cardio room that isn't really maintained well, with squeaky treadmills and people that don't rerack weights. They apartments themselves are ok, nothing that stands out a great or horrible. Just be sure to take a tour of a similar unit before putting money down.
If you are looking to be close to base, the commute isn't bad; however, there are cheaper areas that can suit your need.

There is not enough parking! Expect to park on the street at least half of the time. And the car ports and garages they try to upsell you are not always going to be anywhere near your building. The closet car port to my building was over 6 buildings away. Same with the dumpster. Maintenence/office workers either handle your request in less than a day or in multiple months. There is no in-between. The office workers randomly close the office in the middle of the day with no warning. The pool is always closed for maintenence. The apartments themselves are nice and it's rare that I hear my neighbors

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Moved recently and the experience was seamless with absolutely no issues. All staff in the office were extremely helpful and respected social distance guidelines. My apartment was in superb condition and communication efforts from staff have been professional. Don't sleep on this complex and it’s mediocre reviews!

I applied for a 2 bed 1 bath unit before I read any of the above reviews, and from my experience with the staff themselves it's all accurate. To apply you have to put down a $25 app fee, $150 "administrative fee", and a $100 "reservation fee" before you've even been approved. They do a thorough background check, criminal history, credit record, etc. before you're approved. As soon as you're approved YOU CANNOT BACK OUT AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK. Non-refundable as soon as they approve you. I just wish I had read the reviews of this place before I applied. I called 5 times over the course of 2 weeks

Despite some of the complaints in the reviews here, I have only good things to say about my stay at the Landing. It's close to work, parking was never a problem, noise was always within tolerable limits, buildings seem to be networked properly (experienced no outages, and ATT Fiber is super fast. Love it!).
If you're undecided about living here, I say do it. You won't regret it.

So I took a while to write this review just because so much horrible things went wrong with this place. First off, for the military people, I suggest you guys check the apartment complex across the street or the houses behind the apartments. They go for $1000 average for a 3 bedroom!
When we first moved in, there was Taylor and man she was awesome. After a year she quit which left us with Teresa and this bigger white girl. They both just had white girl nasty bratty attitudes. It’s funny because they try to give customer service but you can just hear the attitude and the slight rudeness. I hated

THE BEST PROPERTY EVER! I love everything about The Landing Apartments, and I've lived in numerous Apartment Complexes. First and foremost, the Ladies in the Office (Hannah, Ashley, and Teresa) are amazing and so helpful. They really made my Leasing experience so easy and smooth. Next, the floor plans are amazing and spacious, I sometimes forget that I am even in an apartment because they are so cozy. Maintenance really gets things done and they really made me feel so comfortable if they ever did have to enter my apartment. All in all, I have nothing even remotely negative to say about this property

A cheaply built apartment in an unsafe location made worse by a horrible management staff.
First night - car vandalized
First bill - incorrect with incorrect charges
Move out - the front office lady claimed that we hadn't scheduled it with her. We had the confirmation email...sent by her.
Final bill - incorrect with incorrect charges. The front office couldn't even explain at and I had to wait for a manager to call me.
Construction - cheap, but made to look expensive. Don't be fooled by the granite counter tops. If you look at the wall paint funny, it will chip off. I had to have the carpet

This review is in regards to the old management. They have hired new management when we turned in our keys and it seems things are on the up and up.

This past year with The Landing has been mixed. The apartments are great, we rented a 2 bed, 2 bath space. Great space, close to the highway so ease of driving is great. My issue was with the previous management, if they hadn't hired a new property manager that gave us the impression she had her s*** together.

Although my review was going to really bash the management with a low score review the new manager really changed my mind about my

Apartment interior is great. Kinda didn't like that the kitchen was the first thing when you entered the house though.
For 6 months I was waiting for them to put a draft stopper on our outside door, because bugs were crawling inside the apartment, and not one or two, but 30 of them in a week. 6 months before we moved out; so god knows how long they would've taken.
Kitchen has very minimal storage and cabinet space; we didn't realize it at first when we looked at the apartment. So immediately after we moved, we had no place in the kitchen to put half our utensils.
Something about the location

This place is a rip off! They nickel and dime you for everything! First, it starts with the rent, beautiful apartments but worth 1135 for a 2 BR 2 Bath? And that doesn't include water OR sewer?! Okay, fine but then a $37 FEE FOR PAYING RENT ONLINE? You would think they would want you to pay your rent online but okay. Then they don't take checks after the 4th. Then they charge you 10$ for trash removal and 3$ for pest removal and the grand total is WELL over 1200$. Let me repeat for a TWO BEDROOM TWO BATHROOM. The staff is not very friendly and they are not timely when they need to perform

These apartments are some of the worst I have lived in, besides how new and up to date they are. First, parking is a nightmare. Their solution was to issue parking permits, but they don't actually monitor who parks anyway. People are parallel parking on the service road because they would have to walk 8 buildings down otherwise. Second, the water pressure is okay but it fluctuates across the entire complex all the time. Also, everyone is forced to have AT&T so the service sucks a majority of the time. Lastly, we have had the worst experience with our upstairs neighbors, and even after making more
