Unhelpful staff and falling apart
Although the apartments are “luxury” living here is not worth the $2000+/month. I lived on the second floor. The windows don’t properly shut, the blinds are falling apart, there are large cracks in the ceiling and walls where the building is falling apart. You’d think with small children and a target towards family style living there would be an emphasis on maintaining that by the staff, but there is none. Tobacco is smoked frequently seeping into apartments and hallways making the air unbreathable.
Some residents in the vicinity are quiet rude and hostile

I lived at The Residences at Westborough Station for 2 years and really enjoyed living here. The office and maintenance staff are professional, respectful and always willing to help. The apartments and grounds are well kept. My neighbors were all friendly and seem to look out for one another. A very nice community.

Great place, great staff including the maintenance team. The apartment was clean and well maintained when I moved in and they provided laminate flooring throughout the kitchen/living area on my request. The neatest thing though are attached garages for parking and the fact you can add/take them off your lease anytime. Maintenance crew was great, they were very courteous and timely with getting the job done. Barring the standard maintenance issues, no major catastrophes while I lived there. Would not have left if it was a little closer to work!

I had a relatively short-term lease (10 months) and my experience was great from move-in to move-out. I was in a one-bedroom unit with a loft and also rented a garage; the price was equal to or less than equivalent units in the area. When it came time for renewal I was given several very flexible options; I definitely would have stayed if I still needed to rent. The community has been renovating units so I had new flooring and carpeting when I moved in. Quyen and Lauren were quick to reply to email and excellent to work with; there is a mobile app for messages and online payment that was very easy
