I have 810 credit score and never late payment in my life I am living in home from 18 years never late payment just trying to move out of state and apply for appartment and the company they used for screening is rentgrow and they have horrible reviews about that company.
They are giving wrong information about credit I think they are doing discrimination . Because they don't want to give apartment to different race I am sorry but worst experience in my life.

I'm going on my second year here and I absolutely love it! I'm renting a two-bedroom with my partner, and we're so impressed. This is one of the few places that don't allow smoking or pets...which was a major reason we chose this place. It's a great place for working folk who want to have a nice home to come to at the end of a busy day. The staff is extremely on the ball, and some of the negative reviews here are totally off-base. This is one of the most diverse living communities I've ever been a part of - there seem to be people from all walks of life here, and while most people keep to themselves

The maintenance guycomes at the time of cooking and he takes photos secretly and after wards they ll send notices that keep clean food should not be left outside bla bla which i felt .rediculous. Not only that people with kids its really miserable management ll not celebrate any of traditional things in community.

The management is very unfriendly when you have to move out of this place. They will rip your bank account brutally. If you don't have much savings, you may have to file for bankruptcy.
I lived here for a year with my toddler and husband. We got screwed over with our deposit as well. They claimed the carpets were ruined and the bathroom mirrors were damaged and the list goes on. We had to pay $4000 on damages.I haven't faced this with any of the rentals in United States.
If you have school going kids,,,beware of this place. The school bus doesn't come inside this apartment community. Kids will
