We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.
We strive to make sure you stay informed and have the tools you need to protect yourself and your belongings. A great renters insurance policy will do just that and is a requirement to live at our community. Covers you for damages related to water, fire, smoke & explosion (Not All Carriers cover these!).

In the normal course of living in an apartment we have had the pleasure of meeting Mo (the maintenance person). He is always polite and makes sure we understand what he is doing and why. He has been exceptionally responsive each time, always with a great demeanor and understanding of what needs to be done. He then follows up to make sure we are satisfied with the work he has done. Often he has suggestions for additional options if needed.
He is one of the best reasons to live at Quinn35.

Wanted to share my experience with Mr. Mo from the maintenance team, I’ve called the buildings a few time for some minor work, and they have sent Mo. He has always been great to help, fix issues swiftly and leave no mess at all.
He is very considerate to the extent that he would work extra quietly when the kids were asleep.

Quinn35 is marketed as a luxury apartment complex but there are some customer service issues that bring down its quality. This apartment is certainly not worth the $2000+ you pay for a one-bedroom apartment.
The most annoying issue is the trash situation. Quinn has one small trash/recycling compactor for 5 apartment buildings and several hundred total residents. The trash area frequently becomes filled with piles of garbage that completely block the entrance to the compactor. Stay away from this complex. They will increase the rent every time you renew your lease, guaranteed. They will give you excuses and improperly inflate the property value in order to keep people leasing their apartments. There is definitely no luxury at this complex, thin walls, only cheap construction, no proper insulation, no proper heating, no proper water heating, short circuits happen all the time because of poor circuitry. Delays to come and fix complaints. I am getting ready to leave this place. Now they’re trying to make money off of people by offering $50 per month for a dedicated parking

Due to circumstances we had the pleasure of Moe coming to our apartment. His expertise in maintenance and efficiency in solving the problem led to a quick and correct fix for us. Also, Moe's personality and kindness shows in the care he has for the job and it shows in his work. Quinn is fortunate to have such an employee, hard working, respectful, and completes the job given to him which shows in the following up he did in the days after to make sure everything was still smooth.

For context, I moved in around April/May. To date, the service at Quinn35 has been phenomenal. As referenced by other, Kristin embodies stellar customer service. She is responsive, detail-orientated, and kind. Throughout the entire process, she has been above-and-beyond. Likewise, Moe is equally responsive, and he is extremely timely to service any maintenance request. For every issue we have had, he has had a solution (and quickly!).

Moved in 1.5 months ago and absolutely love it here! The maintenance team is wonderful! Can’t say enough good things about Moe and his team. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The apartments are beautiful, the grounds are nicely kept and the proximity to stores and other shops are incredible. I find the apartment to be super quiet, I have no issues with noise. Common areas are clean and the amenities are really nice to have. The office communicates regularly via email, and I would feel comfortable bringing any issues to them. Highly recommend living here!

One of the more difficult rental experiences I have had in decades of renting. It is a smoke free property but somehow smoke was coming through the vent in my bathroom often. Management said it searched the building but because no "smoking paraphernalia" was found that was all that could be done. The smoke left a smell inside the bathroom cabinets and was difficult as I am sensitive to the smell. Someone left a bag of garbage on my doorstep once. 3/4 of my security deposit could not be recouped due to some carpet stains. By far, the smoking issue was the most persistent and difficult

I think that there are many college kids in this complex - it is very trendy and very beautiful to look at, but there are drawbacks. Very thin walls, sound travels very strangely in this apartment complex. I can hear the elevator ding sound in my living room - the elevator is out the door, around the corner and down a hall. Someone walking down the hallway can be heard as if they are in my apartment. If you have a neighbor who likes to vacuum at 7AM on a Saturday, it will be loud enough to wake you up.
