Worst apartment complex EVER!!!! Moved in on building 38 3 years ago at the bottom floor and 15 days later everything we had was Ruin due to a Flood! We lost over 30k in personal items, electronics, furniture etc. Renters insurance didn’t cover because it was considered to be rain water and not a accidental plumbing/ sewage issue. After multiple emails to the corporate office and multiple phone calls to Shewsbury town, not to mention the 3rd time being flooded in the same apartment they finally moved us to a different building top floor which was ok. We really enjoyed our time here. We lived here when we first moved to Massachusetts and rented here for a little over a year until we found a home to buy. This is a great apartment complex especially if you have large pets and/or a family. Several of our neighbors had lived there for a decade or more which speaks to the quality of the place. The community is great and very supportive and the mangers of the facility are nice and responsive. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

I lived there for 2 years and had a great experience. I was completely unfamiliar with Massachusetts as I moved there from upstate New York, and I feel very lucky to have found this apartment community. Dog friendly, community amenities and grounds were always well-kept. Leasing office and maintenance staff were friendly, welcoming and professional at all times, and very prompt/responsive. Shane ,the property manager was great, and Monika in the leasing office an absolute gem. My dog Cali will miss her and Dennis (property maintenance) very much!

I am a former resident of this place and stayed here for more than 1.5 yrs. The place is very clean and quiet and does have all the amenities a person looks for. The staff is amazing and is ready to help any time. Would like to thank Shane and Mounika to assist me with everything I needed. Also the maintenance staff is very friendly and every issue raised was taken care of the very next day. The apartments are also well maintained and are lit sufficiently.

What an amazing place!! Was searching for a place to call home for a few months, and from the second we met the staff at Ashford Crossing it was clear to us we found our new home!!! After deciding we needed a two bedroom, Shane the property manager offered us an apartment that would be completely remodeled before move in. With many apartments vacant that had not been remodeled they did not push us to take one of those. Shane didn't treat us like just another tenant, he went above, and beyond to answer all of our many questions! He explained everything to us, and all of the many benefits that come
