As long time resident, I can tell you this is a great place to live. Perfectly placed in Downtown Bellevue and pet friendly. They tend to promote from within, so even if a much loved manager moves on, his/her replacement is someone you already know well. This ensures some level of continuity and makes change far less stressful. They whole team is very neighborly and will go out of their way to help. For example, I recently had a large equipment delivery, but the carrier would only drop it in the garage due to COVID-19 protocols. James and the maintenance team help ed me get the massive piece safely

I lived at Sir Gallahad for 10+ years, it goes without saying I had a good experience, only having moved for a job. The leasing/office and maintenance staff were the best imaginable - everything handled pleasantly and in a timely manner. The apartments themselves are pleasant, with in-unit washer/dryer, garage parking, automated parcel lockers, relatively modern buildings and finishes, safe and walkable area DT Bellevue is not exactly a cheap place to live, these apartments offer what must be among the best value for the area. I can recommend this place without hesitation, I usually don't leave

Great location, friendly staff, great maintenance service always fix your stuffs on time. i have been living here since Aug 2015.
it has always been great, I live in the B building 3rd floor. But recently there have been some bad tenants who live above me, they are pretty much doing gymnastics in their unit everyday, constantly stomping the floor so hard that even my apartment shakes. and a lot of time this happens after quite hour which is 10PM. also they talk loud, they scream at each other, probably a pair of couple in a bad relationship. and they also yell at each at night.

Location: I chose this area because it was close to my office, not knowing it would be close to everything else as well. I'm not used to being able to saunter out casually at 1am to get groceries if I'm out, I moved here from Buffalo, NY where if you don't have a car you're out of luck.
It's technically on the edge of downtown (I think) which might be why their rent is on the lower end of the spectrum (while still not cheap) and there are other apartments in the area that are right above commercial locations but the rent hike for the marginal improvement is probably not worth it for anybody. The staff is exceptional. The manager is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet, and maintenance is very responsive and friendly. Pets are welcome, and residents are good about keeping dogs leashed and cleaning up after them. I've lived here for 16 years, and I would highly recommend checking it out if your looking for an apartment in the downtown area.

Regarding the location - it's in a nice, relatively quiet spot close to the heart of downtown Bellevue. The Downtown Park and Bellevue Square Mall are 5 minutes away by car, and they're also walkable (15-20 mins) if you're in the mood. There's an HMart and an Office Depot a block away for groceries / office supplies.
Regarding the apartment itself - the building is nice, kept clean and well maintained by the staff. All parking is inside a garage with remote controlled gate. There's a package locker room that's always open, so your packages are secure and you can get them at any time.

In my year that I lived at the Sir Gallahad apartments, I absolutely loved it. From the time I initially inquired about an apartment, up until the time that I moved out, the experience was amazing (which is pretty hard to say for most apartment complexes).
One of the things I loved most about the Sir Gallahad was that the staff/management stayed the same for the duration of my lease. This might not seem like a big deal, but it was so great working with the same people and being able to build a relationship with them (big shoutout to Mimi and Schick!) Having worked in property management in my
