The office ladies were always very helpful with most things but there were still issues with the apartment that the maintenance team didn’t seem to care about. There is a huge ant infestation in these apartments and we had ants coming out of everywhere, above our dishwasher, cracks in the grout in the bathtub, in the window seal in both bedrooms and where the carpets met the walls in the master bedroom. All we were told they could do was lay down bait and wait. Then there is the power issues that took forever to fix which left us without power off and on and ruined our food which I have heard

I moved into this apartment in mid October. Third night living here my car got stolen. 5th week here my neighbors car got broken into and there was so much glass I couldn’t park my vehicle there so I parked it it visitors parking since it was after hours and it got towed by management . When I reached out to management about towing my vehicle they told me there is nothing they could do and that residents weren’t allowed to park in visitor parking. I went over my lease and it doesn’t state anywhere that residents are not allowed to park in visitor parking. As of this morning my neighbors vehicle

I lived here for 3 years and it was the worst experience. The previous leasing office personnel, Melissa, Sarah, Marissa, and Summer were cool. Marcus, Steve, Robert, Tim,Bill , Jacob and Dave were very cool.
It was when Melina, Jasmine, and the rest of the powderpuff crew showing up things started going downhill... And from what I hear now a lot of the maintenance crew are not as good as Jacob and Dave used to be. I'm glad I don't live with this dump anymore.

The Olin Fields team is awesome! Seriously understaffed due to quarantines, the leasing agents and managers managed to stay on top of my move. Several people played a part in getting me here...my new home. Thanks to manager Molly, assistance Carly and leasing agent Bianca. A special thank you who even helped with my move from home as she was ill, leasing manager Theresa.
Also, Bill and other maintenance (I think his name is Travis) proved to be reliable, competent and super friendly. My issues with the property were handled quickly and efficiently.
Thanks for the hard work you do. I look forward

I recently moved in to Olin field apt almost a year ago, it's gorgeous. The apt is 3 bed 2 bath with walk in closet and a HUGE pantry. The whole unit was remodeled before we moved in. The best thing is that the appliances are new everything new. The neighbors are kind and I have no complaints there. The neighborhood is nice for long walks and feel safe and comfortable around the complex. And the maintenance people respond so fast. I'm grateful for them!!
Move in you won't regret it!!!

Worst place ever!!! Dump. Will not fix anything.
Leaking windows. Faulty Electricity. Will tow your car even on your assigned spot $ 500+ in cost.
Trashy. Dumpsters overfilled. Deaf dumb and blind management. Will screw you over ASAP.
Seriously avoid this place if possible.
Honestly.. do not move here. Anywhere but here!.

I’ve lived here for a little over four years now. A lot has changed in that time. Parking used to be terrible, now it’s assigned and if you have more than one vehicle you have the option of having a covered spot or a garage for a little extra every month, which in my opinion is 100% worth it. Maintenance has been quick to respond to requests, and often times has been at our door within an hour of trying to schedule something. During the pandemic the office staff have been very patient and understanding if at any point we need to pay a little late.
The apartments themselves are great as well

I've been living here for about a year now, I should confess that the change in management has been great. They take care of the community, quick response time, and etc. You find personnel that goes above and beyond her responsibilities to answer your needs and provide a safe/satisfactory environment for residents. Thank you!

If I could give this apartment complex 0 stars I would. Terrible management, never answer the phone, never respond to maintenance requests, charged us for a parking spot that we never received for months, lost our check for rent and tried to kick us out (we were never once late on rent and always kept our receipt), and then lost our keys after we turned them in during move out. All we wanted was for them to own up to their mistakes and the manager blamed it on other staff or blamed it on how busy they are (every time I go in there is nobody in the office.) Another thing that we are extremely upset

First off I don't usually leave negative reviews but this one is warranted! When I moved into Olin Fields the unit was not move in ready! Several countertops needed resurfacing, dings and dents and chipped paint through out the unit and overall needed maintenance repairs immediately! The maintenance man Jacob was great!! He was extremely efficient and always came fairly quickly to fix whatever it was that needed fixing. One thing I did like was all of the old greenery. There was lots of trees everywhere. However it was a huge complex, 350 units to be exact! So it was always busy around there

Olin Fields is a pleasant place to live. You can sign short-term leases as low as month-to-month to longer-term leases as long as 1 year. The shorter the lease the more your monthly rent will be. I paid $1555 for my one-bedroom apartment with a 3-month lease. For utilities, you have to pay SNOPUD electricity bill and then another to Olin Fields for water, sewage, and trash. For me, the electricity costed $80 while the WST costed $110 which combined for almost $200 extra per month.

I lived here for about two years. During my time here I found that the only positive things that came from it were the indoor pool (of which was "closed" for over a year off and on) and being able to watch the cute ducks in the pond. That's literally it. Near the end of my stay, they accidentally double leased my parking spot and I was towed from it during the recent snow storm. That was $450 out of my pocket. I am glad that they admitted fault when I brought the issue to their attention, but it's frustrating that the whole situation happened in the first place. The receptionists

They closed the other yelp page they had because the reviews are SO bad. Dont rent here. I had lived there for 2 years. The entire place is and apparently still is just a complete dump and they will charge you for anything and everything, probably because they cant get residents to stay. Trash everywhere. There were giant craters in the parking lot when i lived there. And i meant GIANT craters. They remodeled my apartment snd charged me for everything even though it was left in IMMACULATE condition. They trashed it and made us pay for it. Stay away. Id rather live in my car than in this place,
