I am still a resident at this condo and I’ve seen a lot of people moving out. I would like a concrete answer as to whether or not I will have to leave as well. All I’ve been told is to “keep my options open”. Since I’ve seen that management answers reviews on here, I need to know if I’ll be asked to move out before I go looking for a new apartment and waste time and money

They are raising rent by 500 without notice. Avoid at all costs.
The 'renovations' the owner is claiming to provide, after evicting all of their current tenants, fall under basic maintenance.
Seeing strangers leave the office crying and the elderly being forced out is outrageous.
Do not be scammed by this corporation.

No lease renewal was ever offered and no renovations occurred.

UPDATE 3: The fire alarm went off multiple times in a row for many nights, preventing people from getting any sleep. It appears that the best managers were relocated or let go. The new people are rude and have hung up on frustrated tenants who tried to voice their concerns. This place is getting knocked down, DO NOT MOVE IN! The response is a lie, nobody has been in contact with me!

One of the best hidden gems in Miami, I have lived in several apartments in the area and I have to say that The Cloisters offers the best price per square foot! The pool is absolutely gorgeous and the office staff and maintenance team are always super helpful! If you have any friends looking for an apartment at UM look no further!

The experience has been below par. I specifically went above and beyond to get this apartment. I stayed in other places so that I could move in October. Amongst other things, the style was what I liked, so I leased the apartment to walk into an apartment that wasn't like the one shown. The AC NOT working, the blinds not on, a door split open, clogged sinks, outside lights not working, baseboard not on, not thoroughly cleaned, and a broken toilet. Oh forgot to add a broken refrigerator- so yes, food has rotten due to that and from a style output- floors that do not match. Maintenance has been in

I called and asked a few questions about any available units and Dylan Webster answered and was willing to help me with any and everything that I had to ask. He was the best service I’ve had trying to find new places to live in. I’ve called over 40-50 different places to ask for information about available units and Dylan was by far the best and most helpful for anything. I appreciate his kindness and how we went out of his way to please me. If anyone sees this, please thank him for me, he was amazing. Thank you again
